What an amazing hotel 🥰 Staff is very friendly, especially Mr Thorsten Wulfes (I hope I have the right name, this is the name on my invoice) who was kind, helpful and supportive. The hotel is very beautiful decorated in the reception and other areas, room was cosy with a very comfortable armchair and the swimming pool is fab and I paid happily 5 Euros to use it. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is in a nice and quiet location a bit away from the city with a perfect bus connection.

Got a place to stay, readily available, at the right price, a nice bed, a warm room and a hot shower, all I wanted for the stay.

The bathroom vent wouldn't perform adequately. I think that they can work a bit on that.

Great location, peaceful and in a lovely area, local shops and bakeries near by, great to use e-scooters to get around.

The bar was not open but had a vending machine for nice beers. One member of staff on night shift, a guy, was very rude and not accommodating at all. The rest of the day staff were very nice.

The staff is very friendly, everything is uncomplicated and flexible, it is located in a very quiet area, when I return to Mainz I will stay there again, I recommend it

The room was clean but could be cleaner, the bathroom was a little dated but in order.

The location

My room was too hot. The first night, I felt like being roasted. I complained the next day and the heater was brought down to 2. The second night was fine.

The hotel was very nice with very helpful staff. Rooms were big and beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Foyer was very nice and welcoming and there was a nice outdoor area for sitting in the sun..Indoor pool was also very nice

Rooms were very hot..air conditioning would have been great but they did provide a fan.

Friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. The beds are big enough to sleep and feel like you have space. The mini fridge was nice to have in the bedroom. The area surrounding was very quiet.

Not all of the beds and pillows were as comfortable.

The staff were super friendly, it was very clean, and there was a swimming pool and sauna free for guests to use. There are bus stops close by making it easy to travel into the city.

Friendly, great breakfast, very good value for money

The rooms were very hot - even with the window open.
