This hotel was incredibly cheap! And we really just needed an overnight stay on the way north. It was absolutely fine. Breakfast was great. The hotel is in a slightly strange location - very much in the middle of a quiet residential area - and there was nowhere to eat anywhere near. Reception has a fridge full of beers and soft drinks, but we drove into Mannheim, which was fine. Very friendly guy on reception!

We realised at about 0500 what the drawback was….it is under the main flight path for Frankfurt Airport:) It wasn’t that awful, but it woke me up. But really, it was very good value!

Friendly staff, easy parking, clean, spacious enough, good breakfast, and value for money. One reminder, if you chose to pay at the hotel, they might take the payment on check-out rather than check-in, so don't forget to pay like I almost did :)

Although the staff were friendly, we had one of the older female guests shouting at our kids who were just being kids and trying to get some fresh air on the balcony next to the breakfast area. This, however, had nothing to do with staff as it was their guest.

The facilities seemed to be made for families. They were also clean, comfortable, and silent. The staff were helpful, attentive, and nice. There was always someone who spoke English to facilitate communication.

The robe, flip-flops, and water (to drink) were not freely available. The internet was slow, there were few food options (only sandwiches or so), and the room ventilation was not ideal.

Nice large room. Comfortable beds. Close to two tram lines, so travelling into the city of Mainz was very easy. Large carpark and free parking. We enjoyed our stay. Although there was no kettle in the room, there was a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine in the lobby to buy these.

Nothing. It was great! Would love to stay here again.

Well-maintained, quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. Our room with a balcony was adequate in size and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast with its variety of breads, meat, cheese, spreads, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and drinks. Location was a plus, being near Mainz, Wiesbaden, and the Rhein River. A SBahn was very close and convenient; however, we used our car to get around.

Check in is till 20:00. After this hour you can get keys in box. Very very clean. Sraff profesional. Breakfast was worth its money (fresh bread, 4 kinds of ham, 3 kinds of cheese, cereal, boiled eggs, 2 yogurths, coffe, tee and other things). We liked a lot and recommend staying there. Big parking.

The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and large. While not secure, parking was safe and convenient. Located in a suburban neighborhood access to Mainz and to major roads was easy. This was the best price for a stay that was within reasonable driving distance to Frankfurt Airport.

The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was massive, with a tub and shower. Everything was very high quality and it was great value for money.

It would have been convenient to have rear access to the carpark, which would make it easier to take bags to the car. But really, I'm only writing this because there's a field to write it, it's a moot point, and not really so important.

Very nice, cozy hotel in quiet neighborhood, 54€ in early January. Staffer helped get luggage upstairs. Very good 7€/person breakfast. Pedestrian paths uphill in vineyards offer pleasant views. Parking lot.

Our specific attic-level room 411 had some deficiencies, all but one easily curable. One third of room has restricted height, meaning you want a short person on that side of bed. No refrigerator, no coffee, VERY sturdy furniture means shifting a chair a few inches makes enough noise to wake a sleeper, no receptacles at work table which could be fixed by supplying a plug strip.

I didn't expect much, since I needed one night to stay. I appreciated the large, and safe parking, quiet area, and clean room. It was a pleasure to get a buffet breakfast.

The smoking smell in the hall, and some noise from other tourists. The beds creaked a little bit.
