We stayed at WENS Hotel in Mainz from August 5th to 7th (2 nights), and the experience was excellent in every aspect. The room looked exactly like in the pictures – modern, very clean, and well maintained. Everything seemed new, from the furniture to the bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. One major plus was the quietness – we weren't disturbed at all, neither by neighbors nor by any outside noise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and very approachable throughout our stay. Honestly, there is nothing we could complain about. It was a great choice, and without a doubt, we’ll come back here next time we visit Mainz. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely good service.

Lovely rooms, beautifully decorated and clean.Everything looked brand new. Comfy beds. Prepared baby cot without any extra charge. The staff very nice and polite. Helpful with some extra requests from us too. Breakfast was lovely.

The only think we didn’t like was the location (industrial) and that there wasn’t a restaurant or bar in the hotel, there was a nice italian restaurant just across the road which was very convenient however we something like to order room service which wasn’t possible

special thanks to YUNUS at the reception who assisted us find a halal restaurant in the evening , and the morning staff were also helpful at the breakfast which was one of the best breakfast we had during our 10 day tour in Europe , the hotel provided parking and I was able to charge the hybrid car easily right in front of this new hotel main door .The rooms are very clean with some nice latest technology touches like the "do not disturb electronic touch screen. the area is calm and quiet in Mainz , loved our stay with my family where we took three rooms , and the price was very reasonable Highly recommend , I even asked if they have another branch in other cities in Germany , I would use this hotel without hesitation .

Modern hotel with touch screens for “don’t disturb” etc, clean, calm cosy room, coffee and tea facilities plus free soft drinks in the mini bar, very friendly staff. Luxurious modern bathroom with shower and Rituals products. Free parking available in front of the hotel and streets close by. Tram stop within walking distance (10-15 minutes) for city centre, bus stops in front of the hotel.

Fabulous communication from the staff.. I new I would be arriving late so messaged them..within 1 hour I had a message and phone call from the Hotel..they explained the procedure for collecting my key from a locked box outside..all as explained..thank you.Looking forward to returning when I have more time.

Would only use it for work as too far away from any restaurants, bars and town center!

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Mr Eyad el baiati . he handled everything swiftly and made sure to give us advice for a couple of restaurants for dinner . the hotel is new and spotless.

We were looking for a place located just outside the city but not too far. This hotel was perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the complimentary water after a long trip. Room coffee and tea facilities also very good. Bathroom felt luxurious and new. Shower was excellent. The perfect stop-over hotel for us. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and worth the cost.

There are a lot of fire doors that you need to get through. Probably there is a good reason to have them, but this is the first hotel where I notice them

WE visiting Ambiente in Frankfurt. In this time hotel price was very good. We have car from the hire and go to the Frankfurt was very easy. Rooms not very big but clean , stuff working very good and hotel looks very fresh. Mini bar free of charge.

Very very hard mattress.
