Spotlessly clean rooms with very comfy beds and pillows and great sized bathroom and shower. Very quiet hotel with plenty of free parking. Good restaurant with reasonably priced food and friendly waiting staff, open till late which was useful as we arrived at 2030. Easy access to Mainz by car.

- No breakfast available but there was a Lidl very close by for yummy pastries - The key fob to access the room was very strange - we pressed it to the handle and it went green but the handle did nothing. Could have done with a staff member to show us but when we checked in at the restaurant, we were just given directions to our room. We worked it out eventually though! - Check out was 10am, could have done with a later option having arrived late the night before but wasn't a big problem as made the kids get organised!

The location was perfect for our meetings — we avoided traffic and saved a lot of time. The room was clean and generally okay. On the last day, we met a friendly cleaning lady who kindly asked if everything was all right, which left a nice impression.

Check-in was confusing — no hotel sign, only access through a crowded restaurant, and check-in happened at the bar, which felt odd and unprofessional. A frustrating start to the stay. The room lacked comfort, and the place didn’t feel "home-like".

The location suited us well - on the outskirts of Mainz, close to autobahns from Koblenz, Frankfurt and Heidelberg. The restaurant was excellent - a good family-friendly spot with lots of choice at reasonable prices. We hadn't expected breakfast, so the fact that it is not available on site was not a surprise. For breakfast, the staff directed us to a friendly nearby bakery that served hot and cold drinks as well as excellent baked items from 7 am (even on a Sunday).

Free parking next to the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, good variety of food. Good location if you want to stay her passing by, but also for visiting the city centre by car or public transport. Both the bus an S bahn are on walking distance. Supermarkets and bakker are close by.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was a bit strange checking in at the full restaurant downstairs, but once in the room, it was great. It's a big room with floor heating and a big window. The bathroom was brilliant, and the location is great. It's close to several supermarkets and bakeries. I would highly recommend and we will come again.

Very affordable and the lack of breakfast is not an issue as there's a great bakery round the corner with a sit-down area. And the hotel is brand new with a lovely restaurant and bar area with a great owner.

Hotel was clean, new and comfy. They cleaned every day and the bathroom was very modern and well equipped. But the biggest bonus is the restaurant - delicious food, pasta, pizza, everything. And everybody was very kind and nice.

Large clean room with extra baby cot provided. No breakfast option in the hotel but various options like bakeries in walking distance. Excellent food in the pizzeria downstairs. No audible noice from the pizzeria or near autobahn

Rooms are brand new, very clean, bed was wonderful and bedding very comfy. Best shower and great size bathroom. Friendly check in and check out service. I forgot my kindle and staff phoned me and kept it for me , Amazing! Helpful staff. Italian restaurant was great! Thank you!

almost everything - clean and tidy, location, beds, pillows, duvet, bathroom, there’s a restaurant that seemed very good, but the best part was the shower!!
