The room was very spacious! We had a separate nook for our daughter’s bed and plenty of room to move around. We had three large windows, too. The fifth floor provided a nice view and there was an elevator that operated until 2100, so stairs weren’t mandatory the entire time.

It was a bit loud, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. The train station and a few bars are right there, so loud, drunk people abound. There was also the occasional honking, but with the windows closed and some white noise on, it was fine.

Very convient location near Bahnhof. The room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bed. There is an elevator and air conditioning. My room faced a busy street, but was not noisy because of excellent double windows. However, I could hear loud snoring from neighbor’s room. Great, family-run hotel. Would not hesitate to book again. Does not have refridgerator.

I liked the days when breakfast was included with stay. Nice breakfast room, but I went to nearby bakery.

Nice hotel right next to the train station and only a short walk from downtown (perhaps 15 minutes to most attractions). The room was quite comfortable and despite being right by the train station, I was not at all bothered by noise in the night, despite sleeping with the windows open. If you are flying out of Frankfurt airport, this is a nice place to stay the night before: You can visit the city, walk to the train station in 5 minutes, and there are regional trains that get you to the airport in a half hour.

Not much to report, good experience

The location was perfect. Could sleep very comfortably. The view is also pretty good. Would recommend closing windows to get best sleep. Charging socket right next to the bed was pretty useful.

The shower wasn't working and there were some little insects in the shower, not a lot, but was noticeable. The bottle opener for the water bottles wasn't the best one. And there could've been a bit more water present for the guest.

Great location so central in the city of Mainz, and despite its proximity to the train station it is very quiet. I loved the late check-in system, staff was very friendly and breakfast wonderful.

A water heater for tea or coffee in our room would have been welcome, but it was ok also without since the breakfast room has a machine for coffee and hot water.

For my purpose of stay I didn't expect much, so I can’t complain. One thing which caught my attention was a small dirty part less than 1cm across on the edge of the bedsheet, which probably didn’t fully wash off. It didn’t bother me though.

The hotel was perfectly located next to the main station, which was exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had lovely soft towels.

There was only one thing, and it was my fault because when I booked I hadn't noticed that there was no aircon. It was 33 degrees, and we very hot 🔥 Just 1 other point was that there were no English TV stations.

The location is great, very close to the train station. Even though I arrived 2 hours before check-in time, I was able to check into my room. The room was really clean. The room I stayed in was very quiet as I wanted, even though the elevator was under renovation at the time of my stay. Also, the friendly staff is very helpful.

The staff were extremely nice and polite. Slightly over price for the room size but the hotel location, cleanliness, plus it's great connectivity makes up for it. Without a doubt, this would always be my accommodation in Mainz.

I would complain from the fact no room service was available and no night service what so ever.

This hotel was exceptional. The room was lovely. Considering it is very close to the main train stay we were surprised at the quality. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. There is around the corner, a laundry. Something often difficult to find in a big city. We would recommend this hotel to anyone transmitting through Mainz. .
