We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was amazing – incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations for excursions each day, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast each morning exceeded our expectations – delicious, fresh, and a great start to the day. Highly recommend staying here!

superb location overlooking the river Rhine and close to the town centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants - this is a delightful small family owned hotel where the staff are always friendly and attentive, highly recommended.

the toilet and shower area is of necessity on the small side and would not be suitable for a larger person - also the noise from the trains passing by takes a litle getting used to, especially at night time.

Location is great, Christina the owner was over the top friendly and helpful!!! Made us feel right at home. The breakfast was basic but very good. Rooms were small but efficient and comfortable.

No AC in any of the rooms so we needed to sleep with windows open which was fine other than the fact our room faced the train tracks so we heard that most of the night. Other than that.... we had no issues what so ever.

I liked the location, overlooking the Rhein river, and close to all stores, park, great for the Christmas Markets. The staff was very nice, The breakfast was very good. The room was good sized.

The room needs a refresh, bigger bathroom mirror. I had to stand on my tiptoes to use the mirror. The floor could have been cleaner. The bathroom should be updated. The small couch could use new covers, and moved so a person could get to the closet better.

location on river

very busy railway line with crossing gates just across from the hotel. the gates closing was signalled by a noisy beeping sound. this continued throughout the night every 15 minutes or so. with window open for air. it was a nuisance. ok if you like trains.

Good location, right in the main road. Our room faces the river. Good size room. Check in and check out were in-person and very efficient. Has lift. There is a fridge on 1st floor with soft drinks and beer, self service system.

Small bathroom

The location is good. Right on main street. Easy access to the community. Breakfast good. Eggs and bacon. Coffee at the table (no machine). Room clean and spacious. Furnishings dated, however so is the hotel so goes hand in hand.

Didn't like the bathroom. Small. Not a big deal though. The big deal is no hand soap. And plastic satchels for shampoo and soap. In 2023! Reminds us of motels in the 80s. No hand soap is unforgivable.

The owners are absoutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The place is lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the coffee perfect!! We also ate dinner here twice and it was really good!! We were here during the Christmas Markets, and this hotel is in the PERFECT loactaion. We even walked down to the train station and took a train into to Wiesbaden to visit their Christmas Market as well. Fantastic Weekend. GREAT HOTEL, and did I mention how WONDERFUL the owners are....!!!

Beautiful little family run hotel directly across from the Rhine. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was outstanding. Rüdesheim is a lovely little village. Would recommend.

No coffee/tea facilities but think they were available in guest area.

This is a quaint family run hotel with an excellent location. The rooms were clean and basic. The Hotel was an easy 10 -15-minute walk along the River from the Railway station and within a few minutes of the old town. The departure point for the day cruises was just across the Hotel. The Hotel did not have air conditioning, but a fan was provided in the room. Christyana, the 5th generation of the hotel was extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed about the town and the Rhine cruises. She also accommodated our request for a one hour late check out. It was nice to stay in a hotel that has been in the family for 5 generations. Our hope and best wishes that the next generation continues to run the Hotel.
