Good, central location. Nice view on the rhine river. Friendly staff. Good price.

The room was small, but comfortable with a single bed, couch, desk and chair, table top fan, TV, complementary bottled water, big built in wardrobe, safe, towels, hairdryer and hand wash/shower gel. I could open the window fully which was great. The room was at the back of the hotel, but my view was of a little square and a church with a quaint clock tower. The bathroom was small, but adequate enough for my needs. There is a lift to all floors which was great. Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of hot and cold food, juices, water, coffee/tea, etc. The lunch and evening menus gave a large choice of traditional/regional meals at a reasonable cost, all was cooked to perfection and the portions were large. The drinks were also reasonably priced. There was also a garage space for cars/motor cycles at a daily cost. The hotel Wi-Fi is free. The veranda and roof terrace were good places to sit and have a drink/meal overlooking the rhine river. The hotel was close to all the shops, bars and restaurants and easily within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful/efficient. The hotel décor was in the traditional regional style which made it quaint and homely.

The hotel fronts onto a busy road and the busy main railway track through Germany which may put some off because of the noise, but it didn't bother us and you do get used to it. Where my room was situated you didn't really notice how busy it was. The church clock starts chiming at 07:00 am.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, Very clean rooms, Great breakfast choice, The staff were exceptional and all spoke good english which was a great help as my german is only passable. There is a lift to every floor which is great for us seniors. Hope to go back next year.

Nothing we did not like, Of all the hotels we have stayed in around the world this is BY FAR the best.

Stayed two nights. The location and view are great. Great location for catching the Rhein day cruises. . I have celiac disease so I couldn’t eat at the hotel but I found gluten-free food at the restaurant Breuers Rusesheim Schloss in the famous Drosselgasse St. Loved the 5 hours cruising on the romantic Rhine.

I didn’t realize the train track was across the street and that is noisy. When I finished booking the hotel on Booking.com a prompt came up to book a car service from Frankfurt airport to the hotel with Sixt Ride Germany this service is a SCAM. They know it takes longer than 45 minutes to get through customs and cancel your driver stranding you at the airport— we had carry on —no luggage and were walking to the exit when they texted they were leaving. I do not believe the driver was even at the airport. I am still trying to get my $97.97 back.

The location is great. We travelled by boat, by train, and on foot. Everything we needed was available and close by. I was fascinated by the number of trains and boats passing up and down the Rhine. Even though I loved watching the trains from the hotel, our room on the street/river wasn’t noisy.

The breakfast was excellent with a large range of tasty food. The room we had was a family room with a superb view over the river.

The hotel is a wee bit old and a bit tired looking but that rather adds to it. The car park is small. Very small.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location with beautiful views! The room was quite spacious! Breakfast was quite tasty and has a large variety from which to choose.

one of the wall radiators did not work, another was leaking fluid. The bed was a bit hard for my wife's liking, but that's just personal preference

Excellent location in beautiful Rüdesheim. Wonderful view to the river. The staff was super friendly and took care of our problems with the room reservation in a professional manner.

We booked two rooms with a balcony but got only one. If you book a room with a balcony, I propose you check it with the hotel in advance. There is something wrong with their reservation system. I recommend the balcony, the rooms are otherwise pretty average.
