I liked the food in Bootshaus and the breakfast.

Lack of staff everywhere, very packed roof top with people smoking around you and screaming kids, too expensive food (a piece of bad cheesecake in the Boothaus costs 24€!), no help to open the (broken) sun umbrellas, nobody answering at the parking lot in case of need, no room to walk to the showers in the inside pool because there is not enough room between the beds and the pool, no coffee machine and very basic cosmetic stuff in the bathroom.

Its a boutique hotel on the Rhine river, with an amezing view . the restaurant is very good and the service we got there was the best you can ask for. the sauna is great . Location is very convenient close to the Promenade. The free parking next to the entrance is very convenient.

There is no room service , i called to ask for a battle of water and the guy that answer told me to go get it my self , no one to help you with the luggage. The staff who did the checking was very unpleasant,

A clean and charming hotel. Lot’s of space and great view from the balcony and the top terrace. Spa was clean and again, very spacy and comfortable.

Not much hospitality from staff. The cleaners were the most friendly. For a hotel this expensive, one would expect a warmer welcome and service from staff. Breakfast spread was great with so many choices, but over-cooked and dried up sausages, bacon etc. I suppose some dish were prepared the night before. Lido deck might be considered a casual pool side bar, but I was shocked with the Tuna pasta, with cans of Tuna. I’m not surprised with the use of canned Tuna, but so much of it just poured on to the spaghetti. And pizza from the freezer… The food just didn’t match the posh environment. The appetizer mix was good. It is obvious that so much effort was put into the decoration and the theme of the hotel. Perhaps the staff needs to gain more experience.

Wonderful experience at Papa Rhein Hotel; everything was perfect from check-in to check out. Breakfast was delightful. We enjoyed two superb dinners at the restaurant (reservations recommended); they offer daily menus so you can have a different culinary experience every night. Didn't use the SPA, but it was certainly beautiful. The hotel is very new, spacious and the nautical decoration is gorgeous. The ferry is just steps away. Walking distance to Bingen.

We were on a cycling tour of the River Rhine undecided to stay for 2 nights for some pampering and relaxation. Location was lovely with a day trip to Rudesheim very accessible, and the cable car over the Rhine fabulous. Breakfast was very good and spa facilities excellent.

We thought it was on the expensive side of our budget, otherwise it was a real treat.

A very new and beautiful hotel with many surprising corner for shots. Very instagramable . And it’s has a very relaxing view which makes your stay very enjoying and relaxed. Too bad was in a rush for other places so didn’t manage to see all the facilities . Definitely will be back again . So in love with it .

Incredible setting, amazing views, modern yet homely deco. A real slice of heaven if you can get there.

If there was anything to complain about it would probably be the building works next door, but totally understood as part of their improvements.

Exceptional in all areas. Love the amenities that accompany your stay to include full access to the spa the day of your checkout. We enjoyed a lovely walk, rested in the lounge area and were refreshed for our return home. Perfect wellness destination.

It’s a wonderful experience for my wife and me to stay in Papa Rhein. Papa is the closest hotel to the waterfront. Especially, our mini suite has 180 degree and great view to the Rhein. The room is neat with proper size. The breakfast provides high quality foods, fruits and drinks. One of the best things is the ferry is just nearby the hotel. You can go to the opposite bank, the famous wine town Rudesheim, in 10 minutes.

There is no water boiler in the room.

Very nice and pleasant location, especially on a work trip.

Nothing significant. Was construction site for my view.
