The location was very good, walking distance from the city centre or other attractions. There were shops around if needed too. The breakfast was good, varied, to give a you a good boost for the day. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean, no issues here.

There is no heating in the bathroom, so it can get very cold at night. The parking is with no reservation, first come, first served. During the night you can leave the car in a public parking very close down the street for free after 6PM, but starting 9AM you need to start paying or move the car.

Location was good, easy to find, good shopping and eating nearby.

Tiny parking lot, and some don’t know how to park, had to walk several blocks and pay 12 euro to park overnight. Staff did not speak English, so getting guidance and direction was a bit difficult. But I am in Germany, so I don’t expect everyone to speak English. Staff also was not well informed about parking options since their lot was full

Great location close to the center of the town. Friendly and nice staff.

No air conditioning or fan. The single room is not big and it is exposed to the sun the all afternoon, so it gets pretty hot by the evening. The private parking cost 10 euro per day while there is a free parking lot just 6 minutes away.

KD line didn't give any update on changing the boarding dock from 11 to 15 because of the constructions at dock 11. They even didn't post anything at the dock 11. So the front desk has no idea about that change as well.

All the staff were so lovely and welcoming- I had ground coffee burst in my case while I was travelling and Marlen at the front desk was so accommodating with helping to organise a laundry service. I also needed some documents to be printed and scanned which they were more than happy to help me with. I stayed in a single room and it was perfect for a solo traveller. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were so soft and fluffy! It was summer when I was in Rüdesheim and the air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the heatwaves and the thick curtains did a great job of keeping light out. Also the breakfast was delicious and had a great range of sweet and savoury options to choose from such as scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheese, fresh bread, jams...yum!

It has the feeling of a family run hotel which was a nice change from the big chain hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good and cost half of what I was paying at other hotels. Above all, the hotel restaurant, Casa Pettinari Italian Trattoria, is top notch. I ate dinner there two nights in a row and was so happy I did. I looked at all the tourist trap restaurants in the center of Rudesheim and saw six kinds of schnitzel on every menu. I couldn't find any other restaurant that served fish! At Casa Pettinari I had Orata Veronelli and can confidently say it was the best seafood meal I have eaten in my life, including a recent trip to Italy. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, do not miss the restaurant.

I love Rüdesheim! This property is perfectly located with available parking. Really quick walk to the market square and attractions and just a few minutes to the ferry to Cochem.

Lovely old hotel with a great feel about it. Every thing was clean and the room was warm and cosy. Good breakfast.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. But was disgusted by the guests who allowed their dog to pee right at the night entrance. We had to lift or roll cases past it. Yuk!!

Rooms bright and comfortable. Breakfast options very good, delicious and healthy. Staff exceptional and very customer focused. Hotel close to all attractions and any needs without having to drive.

No complaints at all during this visit. Everything was above expectations.

The location is very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, warm rooms.

The only thing I would want additionally is tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms.
