Absolutely everything. Excellent staff. The facilities are 100% brand new. Elevator for transporting heavy luggage. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Available air conditioning. Great water pressure for showers. Ventilation in the bathrooms. Short walking distance to Oberstrasse. Absolutely wonderful breakfast with friendly waitstaff to get you freshly brewed coffee for your comprehensive buffet selection.

Internet weak, but then it forced us to enjoy the room and Television programs.

Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean and comfortable. I found the lift particularly helpful. We also enjoyed the air conditioned rooms. An excellent breakfast in a very clean breakfast room. We asked for a taxi to take us to visit friends. When it didn’t arrive the owner herself took us in her car. Overall exceptional service and a delightful stay. We intend returning next year.

Everything was first rate.

HIGHLY recommend. The staff was so very helpful! The room was spacious and extremely clean. We arrived by bikes and they had a courtyard to secure the bikes while we were there for 2 nights. Breakfast was a lovely with a lot of variety. It was outside the touristy area and a ten minute walk to the restaurants, therefore very quiet. It was a downhill 10 minute walk to the tourist area and an uphill 10 minute walk back. For us, no problem as active 60 yr olds. It might be too much for others.

Everything is new, air conditioned and exactly as shown in the images. We received a warm and professional welcome. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great system of scanning your room card to enter the hotel after reception closes.

Whilst the location is good to acces the old town and seilbahn. It’s very uphill. We had to take a taxi with our luggage from the Bahnhof.

The location is just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Parking was right outside the entrance. The hosts welcomed us, explained the breakfast menu, a lot which was freshly made by the owner. There is a lift available, every where so clean and well presented, an honesty fridge at reception with beer, wine and snacks available to enjoy in your room. Our room was so comfortable, clean, kettle with tea and coffee provided. Dressing gowns in the wardrobe, tissues etc.

Nothing not to like It is not a criticism, there is no bottled wster provided in the room so just make sure you bring some with you.

Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Parking is conveniently located on the other side of the street. The ladies at the reception were friendly and provided us with useful information upon our arrival. Breakfast was the usual continental type of good quality, cannot complain. Would be nice to return here for a few more nights to explore the area further - Hotel Rose would be a great place to stay for that :)

Amazingly kind, friendly and helpful staff (even with the language barrier)! Couldnt fault the hotel. Great clean rooms and huge array of food for breakfast. Cute honesty bar too.

From the great welcome from the reception to the comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was perfect. Great breakfast. Excellent location and good car parking.We rate this place very highly and will stay again. 5 minutes walk to town, peaceful, clean and comfortable.

Leaving

We were very warm welcomed at Hotel Rose by the lady owner. The room is sparkling clean with all necessities. The bed is comfy. Breakfest is the best, dont even bother to go for something in town. We had a really great time here and the city is fairy. Would love to be back here.

Our room was recently renovated, modern, spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. We loved it and had a great sleep with the windows wide open. The staff (the owner's wife) was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, taking time to tell us about all the various attractions in town.

It's always a pleasure when you have nothing to complain about :)
