Great staff, beautiful building, large clean room, and great breakfast in their lovely restaurant. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was bare, not much deco, no internal phone or mini bar. The worst thing was the lack of air-con and the room was incredibly hot. Only a powerful floor fan was provided. Saying that, we did arrive in the middle of a European heat wave and I'm sure this is not a problem for most of the year.

The breakfast was excellent. The parking was off sight but was very convenient. The owner allowed us to use the parking lot for an extra day. The location was very good. It was very close to the gondola's that were designed to take you up the hill. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent too. They owners/reception were very kind and courteous.

The properly was a perfect location, spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only negative for us was that there wasn’t any air conditioning, however, the room was equipped with a large fan, but with it being height of the summer, it was still extremely hot.

great selection at breakfast, staff very good and helpful even to a stupid English speaking person nothing was too much trouble for them.

parking was a little pricy, but it a town center location so expect to have to pay, but saying that we was allocated a coved garage space, very good service

Excellent location, beside cable car, train station, spotlessly clean, staff friendly. Rudesheim is a lovely spot on the Rhine, fabulous vibes. Lucky to catch the amazing fireworks display Saturday 5th July, spectacular display 🩷

No AC but great value for a super location.

This is a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly owners, a nice restaurant, good breakfast choices and a garage for bicycles available. We would definitely recommend to any cyclists visiting the town, also the chairlift to the national park and the monument is about 20 metres from the hotel.

The location was right in the middle of the town, which made it east to walk to everything.

I booked this hotel because we had been there before in 1978, and I wanted to see the Keller again, but they discouraged us from going there. Also, we had to climb two flights of 28 stairs, and the room had no air conditioning.

Right in the heart of Rudesheim. Best hotel location in the village. Great view of the winery and gondola over the vines. Wonderful breakfast!

Pillows were a bit flimsy. Had to walk up stairs with bags to get to elevator.

The staff were super friendly and professional. They gave us recommendations and extended their support whenever we requested. Our room had a charming view on the vineyards in the area. The hiking trails and lifts to the monument are next to the hotel. The location is a short walk from Drosselgasse, a nice narrow street in Rudesheim with many restaurants.

The hotel is designed with stairs that will take you to the elevator. This was not practical specifically if you have heavy luggage.
