The location was ideal for us and the car park was well managed by the proprietor and his staff. The restaurant was good: the menu was to our taste and the service excellent. The bar was conveniently situated so that we could enjoy a drink outside in a pleasant situation. The proprietor himself was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated, especially as we don't speak German.

It was a little tricky manoeuvering our car around the picturesque narrow streets but we wanted a driving holiday in Germany and it was worth the effort!

From the moment we walked in and were greeted with 2 glasses of wine to the fantastic breakfast the next day this was a great stay! The room was like the picture. It was quite clean and had a bottle of water and wine available for purchase. This is such a great detail. The front desk guy was a big help and very nice. The guy that checked us out had a seemingly gruff exterior but was very nice. It is steps from the Seilbahn and a couple of more steps to the famous Drosselgasse. The restaurant was closed on Monday. We would have loved to eaten dinner here too. It was a great setting. We also noted plugins for e-bikes. How cool is that?

It is typical German. You do have to climb stairs.

The property was immaculate, beautiful building in the heart of town, we had two rooms both were clean and comfortable (ps if your room is hot there are fans in the cabinets), I would recommend their breakfast for sure, best eggs I’ve ever had. The staff was responsive and friendly, if we make it back to Rüdesheim would stay there again.

There was nothing we would have changed about our stay, it was wonderful.

- central location even it’s not on the riverside. We could reach the hotel easyly by walking from the Rüdesheim central station. Rüdesheim is very small town and people can go everywhere by foot. - Hotel room is big enough for 2 persons . Our room is basic but clean and almost all necessary items is available. - Hotel staff is very kind and helpfull. - Hotel offered us free wine tasting. It was excellent and we enjoyed a lot . - Hotel restaurant is one of the best in Rüdesheim.

- It was very hot even mid of June and as there is no cooling system in the hotel , rooms were very hot.

Perfect location, few steps to Drosselgasse and the cable car station. Window view direct to the church bell tower. Beautiful small town and streets.

I don't understand why the staff seems not happy always, maybe tired with too many touristes? Room is very small for 3 beds and it can be say clean but cannot be very clean.

Good sized room. Had a fan in the room to make it more bearable during the European heat wave. Shower was strong and never ran out of hot water. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Also loved the restaurant. Staff was extremely nice.

Great hotel. Very good restaurant. Amazing breakfast buffet. Owner checked us in, invited us to sit, and served us a glass of wine. He even carried our bags to the room. Wonderful patio area to sit and rest. Far from the railroad tracks and the noise of trains ever 5 minutes. Close to other good restaurants. A wonderful place to rest. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Charming in a nice location with a great restaurant.

Parking was described as included but turned out to be limited and an additional cost. A bit of a challenge but thanks to friendly staff we got an acceptable place to park.

Location was great for exploring the town , the room was very good and breakfast was normal for Germany. There was parking for out motorcycles

It was difficult to find the hotel with the small streets and one way streets , perhaps I should have asked the hotel for directions

Our room was very spacious, and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating! The room was modern and clean. The best part was the location. Right from the hotel, you could take many different hikes in the wine hills. It was also right down the street from many delicious restaurants and lively bars!!! We can't wait to visit again!!!
