Check in was very smooth even though we arrived late (after front desk was no longer staffed). Room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the "help yourself" coffee bar and refrigerator in the lobby. Breakfast was amazing! The staff were very professional and helpful. In fact, when our taxi to the train station was running late, Peter drove us in his own car to the station to make sure we didn't miss the train! Incredibly kind and much appreciated. The location was perfect - close to everything, but far enough away that it wasn't noisy at night.

I wish they offered laundry service on site. We were continuing our travels and couldn't find a laundromat nearby to wash our clothes for the next week of traveling.

I had a comfort single room and it was really comfortable - the bed, the chair desk, the bathroom, everything was made for comfort. The bed was wider than most single beds. The staff was professional and helpful, the private parking was very convenient and the breakfast was good. Checking-in late was well arranged with key code, but you have to inform the hotel in advance if arriving late. All in all, I am very satisfied. Have stayed several times in this hotel and would stay again.

The location of the hotel is great without a doubt. The garage is also very good. We found enough spaces (which is usually a problem in Rüdesheim) and they are a decent size.

I am not sure if it was just our room, but it was very outdated. Clean and in rather good condition but very old. I would suggest they remove the floor carpets. There is no AC and considering it was about 24-25 degrees outside, I didn't think it would be much of a problem. But it was. We had to sleep with both windows open and still not much of a difference, so just something to keep in mind.

My 4 year old was taken with the ducks in decor all around. The room was awesome. From the choice room and great air conditioning, to the help from the front desk, the hotel was wonderful and taken care of. The details were great, and I'll try to stay here again when I return.

There was a little fan that went off every so often, in the bathroom, but I think that was due to us running the air conditioning.

Lovely modern room, everything was very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Very central and convenient location.

The room had no air-conditioning and was facing the road. With an open window we had two sleepless nights. A fan is provided in the room (I guess the management is aware of this problem), but with the windows closed that provided little comfort in a very hot room. If I were to book again, I would ask for a room facing the inner courtyard.

We arrived early and were able to check straight into our rooms which was great. The rooms were fantastic! Great size, air conditioning worked a treat and the bathroom was lovely. The beds were also super comfortable. The location was really good and an easy quick walk to the Drosselgasse and to the river areas. Breakfast was plentiful and enough options to keep everyone happy. We loved the outdoor terrace area as we could sit out there in the afternoon before dinner and have a drink or too. Would most definetly stay here again.

No complaints

Check-in was hassle-free despite our arriving after reception hours. The beds were perfectly firm for a good night sleep, and the breakfast was superb! So many options one can never try everything! The hotel is in an excellent location, within short walking distance to Drosselgasse, restaurants, cafés and a supermarket. And to top It all off, the reception lady kindly went above and beyond to help us with our issues, for which we are very grateful.

It’s a beautiful, cozy hotel to stay in. Definitely recommend it.

Most of the staff were nice and helpful but unfortunately we had a not so pleasant interaction with one of the receptionists because two of us asked the same question from her. I get that people are not always in the mood but I think a receptionist’s main job is to answer guests’ questions.

It is very close to downtown and ports. Train station is also within walking distance. WiFi works well. A Netto supermarket is close by. The hotel also has a restaurant but we didn't try it this time.

It is a little bit too warm in the room. The facilities are much less equipped in Standard Room compared with Comfort Room. The elevator is quite tight - four people at most.

comfort room with separate ,very comfortable beds, perfect vue to river, extremely good breakfast buffet, very friendly and attentive persons, private carpark( a8 places, no reservations), quiet location, dead center Rüdesheim , no noise of railway trek!

Due to corona periode is restaurant closed, but in 5 minutes walk to Rathausplatz very good and cosy Italian restaurant.
