The hotel staff was very accomodating. They took care of every request. There were some changes we made from the basic booking and they weere able to accomodate for a reasonable fee. We also liked the discount for the spa. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfasts were great. The room was very comfortable (we enjoyed the expresso machine) and the shower used a nice design for a small but efficient shower that didn't drip everywhere.

The city was doing work on the road that would usually be used to get to the hotel. This was not something the hotel could address. However, once we realized how to get to the hotel over the famous bridge, we were able to walk easily to the hotel while enjoying the walk.

This is my second time staying here, it is located close to the Central train station, in the city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is normal. I will stay here again when I come back.

It would be good if the breakfast variety was increased.

Nice clean spacious rooms that are updated and modern. Great location near the old bridge, etc. Nice and expansive breakfast buffet. Yummy! Great property!

Was a little expensive for a smaller town (not a big city), but it was very nice so we weren't too bothered by it. Would've been nice to be able to stay in one room as a family of four (instead of two) as that would've helped the cost not be so high.

Super friendly and helpful staff, nicely appointed spacious rooms, great value for money. Bar open late, had some amazing local kirker beer, not to be missed. Well located in the centre of the charming town

Friendly stuff, clean and nice room with a good coffee and water for free in the room. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very tasty and had variety of choices. All food of the good quality. The breakfast area is very cosy and has style. Everything was uncomplicated and pleasant.

Nice room with beautiful view to the city and waterways. Staff are very nice and helpful. Main building is renovated but more pricey. Location in the city center with easy access to parking spot, supermarket, restaurant and shops.

Room is somewhat cold even the heater is on. Breakfast on weekend is much better that weekdays. The bathroom sometimes smells awfull.

Reception cannot tell hotel guests and regular diners apart and differentiate for their different needs. A double room means 2 single beds pushed together with 2 duvets.

High quality room, service and cuisine. Eye catching modern style in the property. This hotel takes smart steps in sustainability such as no fridge in the room but best cold drinks at the bar downstairs. I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Bad Kreuznach.
