It’s right next to a beautiful park with trails. There was a balcony. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The staff was very helpful.

There were no firm pillows. The coffee was too weak and it often ran out. There were no washcloths. No bar soap. No complimentary shuttle.

Lovely room. Helpful staff when asking for walking routes in the countryside.

Reception not manned on our arrival. Admittedly we should have noted this when we booked many weeks before arrival but a reminder would have helped nearer our booked stay.

We liked this hotel for the position that was close to the river. We were able to walk to a very nice Italian restaurant nearby and enjoyed the accomodation after a long day hiking in the area. The staff was helpful and the room quiet and clean.

The furnishings in the room were ok. The terrace could have used some chairs. Everything was fine...just not WOW!

The breakfast is pretty bad for what it costs. They could make just a little more effort and it would make a big difference - better coffee, for example, would be nice.

Would be nice to have more carpark options.

Electrical kettle in the room. That is rare in Germany, but very much apprechiated! There was also a fridge that was very quite. Bonus points for that as well.

Confortable bed. Nice view from the roon. Delicious breakfast.

Nothing was wrong

The hotel is clean and well located, very close to the park and the mineral water springs. From there is also possible to do a very scenic walk along the river to the Ebernburg castle (highly recommended!). The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and good coffee.

The fitness area was not working due to the corona-related restrictions.
