Location on the side of the River Nahe was ideal. The staff went above and beyond as they had been unable to reach us to say Reception closed at 2pm and we're prepared to await our arrival. The elevator was a godsend for us. Breakfast was adequate.

There are about eight steps up to the front door, but there is a lift in the hotel which is rather small but adequate.

It was a great hotel within a fantastic city only q hour from Frankfurt by train. It offered everything required to enjoy and tour the area. I stayed two nights prior to heading out on a 12 day motorcycle journey via Edelweiss Tours. Did you know this area unearthed a gladiator camp from 250 AD - check it out amazing place only minutes away in the hillside. Such a wonderful stay. I even rented an e-bike to get around in making extensive touring easy.

What I found odd and something I could not make a negative about was no air conditioning. When I traveled throughout Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg only 1 ( one ) hotel had air! With global warming keep this in mind if traveling in say June or July. Thankfully we had some cool evenings, but still sleep was a bonus.

Best location close to park, restaurants and the Nahe River. I enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace facing the river.

The women at the desk when I checked in and out were exceptionally nice and helpful. They gave good advice. The breakfast was fine and delicious.

I had asked for a parking place but the woman at the desk advised it was only good for a small car. I did find a place on the street nearby, though, so it all worked out fine.

The location was perfect for our conference, right on the canal and close to the park. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast buffet lovely

It is a great hotel, perfect for a relaxing time. The location is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

we loved room 28 with a view of the river. we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Parking was easily available on site with minimum cost.
