Very nice design , a lot of space and modern . Baderhaus just across from it which is very handy and amazing walks, only a short walk along the river from the hotel to the country ( or looks like in the country )

I had to keep the window open as the hotel is too warm , even though it’s only February

Breakfast was excellent, so were meals. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Love the location. We would absolutely stay again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that, when we arranged for our early-morning departure, the woman behind the desk said becuase breakfast is included in our night’s stay, that a bagged breakfast would await us the next morning. However, this didn’t happen, and the gentleman at the desk that morning seemed to indicate that this is never done. I am sure this was a simple misunderstanding.

A modern and very high quality hotel with superb interior, fashionable bar and a great buffet breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the whole hotel is extremely stylishly decorated and fitted out. Paid car parking on site and just a few minutes walf down the hill into Dinkelsbühl town. Staff are very attentive, friendly and efficient.

We arrived quite late. The guy at reception was very helpful and gave us a map and some directions to the old town. The room and bathroom were well equipped. We did not have breakfast so can't comment about that, but the coffee machine in the room was great. We booked as the thermal baths were very near and that was great. We went there after checking out and before making our way on to Calais for our crossing back to the UK.

Our room was a bit too hot, but that's just our taste. The beds were a bit hard for us.

The staff were very friendly and despite the number of guests staying we were treated as if we were special. The staff in the restaurant recognised us even after the first day.

The pillows in the bed were too soft and I thought that as a guest at the hotel we should not have been asked to pay for the swimming pool facilities.

The minibar was not topped up daily in the family suite, no bathrobes provided and we needed more large towels. The hotel across the way paid cheaper parking and had bathrobes and direct access to the pool.

Breakfast was very good and the outdoor seating area was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very good with easy access into town or for walks along the river or through the various parks. Would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was the best we have ever had in Germany and that is saying A LOT. Lovely room in a lovely part of Bad Kreuznach. Right next to the thermal baths.
