Love the location-close to Rhein River and Downtown and Mainz Art Museum. Also enjoyed theme of hotel-wall paper and lamp shades refer to importance of Gutenberg‘s amazing printing process and printing press-very fitting!! Also, very clean and welcoming. Love the furniture and sunlight in restaurant/breakfast area.

Lack of parking space for visitors, plus extra $20 daily fee if a hotel parking space has been found. Why was this not better planned out when hotel was built? Please give more than a large and small towel to customers..What about drying of a towel after a shower? Towels were not dry the next day. Also, what about long hair? Also, please add a box of tissues to each room..

The venue is located in a great area for walks, by the waterfront. Next to it is a great bakery that makes excellent bread. The rooms were clean, we had a bunk bed and the children enjoyed it very much. We had view towards the street, there was not so much sound of the traffic from below. Close to shops and bus stops that lead towards the busy centre. We stayed for a night, but we would certainly go again for more than a night. Recommended.

Not much. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only had an issue that we called to ask for an extra pillow and I had to go down to the reception to ask again before it was brought to us.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are also well air-conditioned and didn't get hot at the hottest time of the year. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a decent selection. The location, though a little distance from the centre, is very pleasant to wander around, being right next to the river.

Just a little far from the main station or nearest tram stop in case you need very easy transport access. There is a bus stop around the corner though so it is a minor issue.

I really enjoyed how quiet the room was and that it was free of heavy fragrances (due to my allergies). Folks at the front desk were welcoming and accommodated my inability to speak German. The bed was super comfortable so I slept great! Location was also excellent as I like to see everything I can by just walking around and not having to use public transportation. That said, I did take the train and it was a comfortable walk to the station.

The restaurant wasn't as friendly and the food options not as good as I'd hoped, but to be fair, I am picky on food quality and options (again, given allergies).

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood by the river. It's within walking distance of the Old Town and the main train station. The rooms are clean and well-equipped for stays of a few days. The breakfast is very decent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I have a back problem, and the mattress didn't give good support. A secure internet connection would be preferable. You can only close the toilet door from the inside if you squeeze up between the toilet bowl and the wall. This may be a problem if you're sharing your room with someone else.

I loved the comfort that the facility provides! We stayed in a 4 bunk room. Kinda tight for a family of 3 however, we came to Explore, not to sit around in our room. Heated floors in shower. Excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Satisfying. And so many choices! Shower and toilet separate areas which allowed ease of showering without hogging up the bathroom. And allowed privacy.

Little things….for this modern style hotel, I feel like there should have been a built in USB charger. Hot coffee and tea would have been a nice extra to have available in day. A mini fridge would be nice too. The PLUSES outweigh any of these little things.

The breakfast was excellent! Special thanks to Verra, who is incredibly kind! The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too flat. My room was very quiet. The curtains were thick enough to block out the light. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel's location was convenient, close to local attractions. Overall, I felt the stay was good value for the price. I will definitely come back

Since this hotel is new, everything is well thought and efficient. The isolation is perfect (no noise from outside or from neighbors). The bathroom space is well organized, and the shower was functioning perfectly. The breakfast buffet presented a reasonably good choice, which left me always satisfied (I stayed there for four nights). The dining room is quite large, allowing enough space between the tables.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre (around 20 min. walk) but this is a rather minor inconvenient.

The location is easily accessible by car from the highway which meant a lot because we were doing an overnight stay on a longer journey. It is still close enough to the historic center that we took a walk there. We travelled as a family of four so the room with two bunk beds was a perfect match for us as it kept the cost low while providing us enough comfort. The room was very clean as well as the hotel overall.

The pillows are much to soft, even flat. Otherwise the beds are fine.

Super nice hotel. The room was nice and clean and had a modern touch. The Staff was super friendly and the breakfast bar was great with a lot of choices. Location wise it was very nice, and is within walking distance of many nice places. For my fellow tall people - then the bed is a little on the short side - but can me accommodated by laying diagonally. The showerhead accommodates up to 6'7" (201cm). I enjoyed my stay and have added this hotel to my preferred list. I stayed for 2 nights
