Our room was very nice with lots of room for storage. Very clean with attentive housekeepers. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great! If we were to get picky, the hot items were not very hot and the eggs were very dry. The servers in the restaurant were extremely nice and h elpful! As were the front desk employees!

The bathtub is a huge issue. Stepping in and out with no railing to hang onto was very dangerous. The tub is very very high. This is an issue that should be looked at immediately! A smell of sewage was noticed in certain places in the hotel.

Hotel was located near to the railway station.it was about a 15 min walk to the town .rooms were a nice size and clean .some decor needing updated but it didn't spoil the hotel.the beds were really comfortable. staff on reception were helpful. Breakfast was 18 euros and there was plenty to choose from.

If you're driving to hotel, that's fine and perfect. For me, I need to pull my heavy suitcase to a long steep road that makes me exhausted. Kitchen wares were not provided to short stay guest which didn't mention in the description. Although the hotel seems not fully booked, I was assigned a room which needs a long and many turns.

i liked that i could take an iron from the reception and quickly iron my shirt. the staff was very helpful

i didn t like that there is no mini bar in the room and no possibility to eat or drink something later in the evening at the ground floor.

There was nothing I disliked, but the decor was old fashioned and the numbering of the floors was confusing. These are minor details.

every thing went well and I liked the room, clean and atmospher in general.

Only the fact that the fan was too small and noissy for the time when it got really hot, and there was no answere for the heat, and there were no lite blankets, only the very thik ones for cold nights.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing and it is very central. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds comfortable.

I would like to thank the staff of the Hotel because of their guidance as well a their kindness. The only problem s the us station is a little away from the Hotel.

I would like to come to Mainz again and stay at this Hotel.

A very welcoming hotel, lovely breakfast area and restaurant. Big rooms and bathrooms. Loved the big free parking garage.

It was a very big hotel… felt at first like a maze trying to find the room.
