I am truly delighted to have stayed at this hotel. From the very first night, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was exceptionally courteous, accommodating, and patient with all my questions. His excellent command of the English language was a tremendous help in making me feel at ease and navigating my stay. Each day, the staff displayed remarkable manners and were always friendly, approachable, and ready to engage in any conversation. Their local knowledge proved invaluable in helping me explore the city with ease. A special mention goes to the evening shift receptionist, whose efficiency and quick thinking resolved my transportation issue to Frankfurt Airport seamlessly, lifting all my concerns about travel arrangements. The hotel room was immaculate, with fresh linens and towels that were impeccably cleaned. The entire hotel had a delightful fragrance, and the staff ensured both privacy and tranquility throughout my stay. Furthermore, the surroundings of the hotel were peaceful and pleasant, free from excessive noise or disturbances. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Location near many food options and supermarkets was excellent. Rooms were large, clean, and seemed to be recently renovated. The shower was massive and fantastic. Very happy with the rooms.

Air conditioning in room did not appear to be working or the cooling functions were disabled. The hotel is located near a fairly major road, so opening the window through the night is not really an option. These two things made it difficult to get fresh air into the room for a good night's sleep.

Clean & the bed... ooooh the bed. There's plenty of parking space. There's a Burger King & McDonald's a couple minutes away by foot & also a DM. Quiet neighbourhood & couldn't hear any other guests. 2 people at the reception were friendly & helpful. Heating works properly. Plenty of towels. Lift.

Very nice place near autobahn They allowed dogs and another animals Room was clean The price for quality of room is awesome If I need to stop when I travel I will surely came here one more time.😀

A Perfect stay for one night. Sleep close to the highway. Comfortable beds and a quiet hotel. Easy access to fast food both Burger King and McDonald’s around the corner.

the hotel is just outside of the highway so it was easy to get there. The room was very clean and nice

The tv has only channels in local language and I didn’t get if the receptionist didn’t know how to speak English or if she wasn’t in a talking mood today but I’ve been working in a hotel as well and I always tried to be nice to customers

I would have liked teamaking facilities in the room, however I was able to get a cup of tea from the breakfast area, thanks to the reception ataff

I didn't have time to go to breakfast, so I don't know how it was. But the room and bed were ok. It was clean and comfortable. And the location was really good; near bus station, dm, lidl, subway,mcdonalds, etc.

Location was great + spacious room with very comfy beds. Good breakfast- good food choices, even for kids.

Although, and as per my reservation a room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids there were only 3 beds, therefore I had to pay an additional €20 for extra bed. A bit pricey- €172/night, even with breakfast included. It would be nice to have some basics in room - kettle/ tea+coffee making facilities, which comes as standard these days.
