A very well located hotel some 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins walk from the city centre. The room was big and very well equipped: a big comfy bed, a small table and a comfy armchair, a sufficiently large set of shelves, a big TV set, a kettle and two coffee mugs (and two wine glasses) plus some coffee and creamer available. The bathroom was also well arranged, large enough and with a hairdryer (which proved useful after a downpour). The personnel was fine, helpful, but not terribly outgoing. The place was cleaned daily.

The major issue was the fact that the reception is located on the first floor, and in order to get there one has to climb two quite high flights of stairs to first even reach the lift - it was not very easy and comfortable with a heavy bag. The window did not lock properly and the noise from the street (surprisingly many sirens to be heard at night) was at times disturbing. Having a spoon beside mugs (and perhaps instead of wine glasses) would be a help too,

we recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows that made for a good night's sleep. Despite these minor issues, the hotel was in good condition, and the staff's helpfulness made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others and consider staying here again.

The room didn't have a refrigerator, which would have been helpful. Fortunately, the reception staff were very accommodating and stored our items in the lobby refrigerator. Finding the hotel's entrance was a bit tricky since it wasn't directly on the main street. Additionally, there were a few steps at the entrance without an elevator, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues or those carrying heavy luggage. It would have been more comfortable if the room had provided slippers.

Large airy bright modern room with windows all around. Lift access from the garage to our oom on the third floor. Easy check-in and access to a locked room in the garage for our bicycles. Comfortable bed, sofa and chairs. Good hot water in the bathroom but it takes time to adjust the temperature to just right. Safe and refrigerator in the room. Carpet in the room seemed new. Modern TV with HDMI inputs. Good Wi-Fi.

Small thin towels in the bathroom. Not a particularly nice part of town, but convenient to the train station. Noisy trains and some traffic noise. Cigarette smell in the bathroom. The entrance is not overly clear; just go down the side of the building (towards the car park on the right side) and the entrance to the hotel is at the back of the building up a half flight of stairs then lift or stairs to the reception on level one.

The staff went out of their way to provide information, assist us with our needs, and in general, accommodate our requests. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Giessen.

Bidet sprayers in the toilet would accommodate diversity.

The room was super cozy, spacious and with a kitchenette and a newly renovated bathroom. Super comfortable bed and room furniture.

The location is directly at one of the main streets, so it is impossible to open the window. The window sheets were really old and the entrance/exit was not obvious and sometimes one ended it a part of the building which was not part of the hotel but a restaurant or the corridor of private flats.

A decent place. The breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Finding the hotel was quite difficult and confusing at first; there are no clear signs, and even though I was in front of it, it wasn't very clear that this was the place I was looking for.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and there is on site parking (for a fee). Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was okay but not more than that. It would be nice to have an option for snacks/something to drink 24/7

The hotel was good value for money

We only stopped here as passing through from Berlin. Whilst the hotel and its location was fine, the town centre itself wasn’t very nice after dark, with lots of groups of youths hanging around and shouting.

The hotel is located in the good spot of city center, but not in the noisy and crowded neighborhood. The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. Staff is friendly. Everything is clean and comfortable. The room is big and light. It has a big windows, so the room get a lot of daylight. There was a super comfortable bed, with perfect pillows and big blanket. The mattress is super good to sleep too. We really enjoyed the quality sleep at this hotel. Also it was nice to have some coffee and tea every day in the room. We definitely will stay at this hotel again, once we are in Gießen.

It was a very nice stay, in a convenient area, close to the train station. The room was large enough for 3 people, with large and many windows. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

It was overrated for a small city like Giessen. The price could be better.
