Everything was perfect, we stayed here on our road trip from Slovakia to the UK, and wanted somewhere in a smaller city to spend the night. Everything was perfect, the hotel is spotless and our dog was welcomed with little touches like a dog bowl, towel and treats. Breakfast was amazing too, I plan to stay here again on my return journey if the schedule allows.

Parking was paid extra which increased the overall price, but nothing to put me off staying again

the rooms were better than we expected for that price: very spacious and excellent beds. A separate toilet (with sink) and an excellent bathroom. In addition, a balcony with two chairs. Super rooms. And the breakfast is very good!

The food in the restaurant was pricey but of good quality, so ok. However, the drinks were very expensive: 8.5 euros for a normal bottle of water, for example, and the other drinks were also overpriced. That is really not possible and actually results in less turnover. We also recommend that you at least enable the login screen of Netflix and Disney, for example, on the TV, nice TV but (except for the BBC) only German channels. But the rooms and the hotel are great!

Everything was so clean and organized I'm very happy we decided to stay here. It was the last minute decision but it was the best decision we could have made in the location was amazing due to the proximity to all of the nice restaurants in the area. Price was very good for this. Very happy and we'll stay again.

The hotel staff was very welcoming very nice location.

Clean rooms, nicely furnished, parking just under the hotel. Good breakfast.

The kitchen was closed long before 22:00 at night. And everything around also closes early on a weekday. So if you arrive late, you will probably sleep hungry (that fortunately was not the case for us since we had snacks from the trip).

Breakfast, baby bed, room design, brand new furniture, entire place...pleasing the view, big rooms, spacious, clean. Very big shower and super comfortable beds. I highly recommend the Hotel.

There was no minifridge/minibar in the double room. Complimentary terry slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided: these are a key comfort when travelling long distances by car or by air and our luggages are small.

I have stayed here intermittently since the hotel opened. Good location for stopover on journeys from Bratislava and Liverpool and very good close location to the Neumarkt centre. Very quiet both in the hotel and the general locality giving a restful experience.

Coming to the hotel on Sunday afternoon and discovered that the reservation on Booking.com didn't count the number of children properly was disappointing. But the receptionist dealt with the situation very well. Hotel is comfortable, staff helpful, breakfast delicious. Definitely worth to stay in at least for one night.

It's all about the staff. If they are genuinely happy, then that shows. A fake smile is worthless. The team here were genuinely happy to be there and helping the customers.

+ Great breakfast + Very attentive staff who saw our kid running around at breakfast and offered some coloring sheets and pencils to occupy him so we could eat in peace. + Parking was right underneath the hotel and reasonably priced (we arrived on a Sunday evening, and it cost 6.50 EUR when we left late morning). + Comfy beds. Even the sofa bed was very comfy to sleep on. + Lots of lighting options. There was an LED strip at the head board of the bed that could be adjusted to any color (we chose red as a kind of night light to allow us to sleep but still see in the middle of the night in case the kids needed anything)

- a mini fridge in the room to store baby food would have been nice - the bright light in the bathroom. A dimmer light to allow use of the bathroom in the night without killing the melatonin would have been nice (really just nitpicking here)
