Location is great, right in Hamm's city centre. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of warm and cold options. Staff was friendly. Room and bathroom are not new, but nothing that gets in the way for a comfortable stay.

Room does not have a minibar - for a 4-star hotel, it is a bit disappointing. Desk to work in the room is too small. It says on the website that breakfast in the room was free of charge, but that is not true (you need to pay 10€) - also, if you want it to your room you need to ask yourself for the "form" to hang on your door the night before (usually this "form" is already in the room with other relevant information).

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, making my stay extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was great, many options ranging from Continental to English breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and we were given the option to have a connecting door to our children's room. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, a shopping street and hair dressers. Very well located.

Secure parking costs 9€ for 24 hours. The shower sprays onto the floor making it and the toilet wet. The paint on the walls was chipped as well as some floor tiles in the bathroom. The sinks also had some rust on them. Maybe due for some renovating

Staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast was well done.

The plumbing in my room seemed unusual. When I used the shower, the noise that the drain gave off was very loud. I rushed through my shower, fearing that neighboring rooms would be disturbed by it.

I recently stayed at Mercury Hotel in Hamm, and everything exceeded my expectations. From the warm hospitality to the comfortable rooms and perfect location — everything was simply flawless. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. It felt like a hidden gem in the heart of the city!

That was good choice to spend 2 nights there. The staff was very kind helping us to realise all what we needed. If it is necessary we will come back.

I suppose there was not enough staff during breakfast. We were surprised firs day, that almost all the tables were free but not cleaned after other guests. We had to wait a moment, it was not a problem, but a but surprised. And usually people had to wait for milk, etc. No one was checking what is the current situation what what is needed - I suppose. :)

The fact we had to eat in bar area There was a lovely restaurant upstairs but we weren’t allowed to use this Instead we had to eat in the bar where a family with 2 small children were making a bit of a racquet!

As a family with two small kids this was great. A big room with an extra double bed for the big kid and a baby bed for the baby. The room was spacious. A big plus for us was that breakfast was open as from 6:30, with kids that wake up early this was amazing.

If I had to say one minus it was that the beds were all with one person mattresses which left quite a gap in the middle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My first room had no AC but they quickly switched my rooms with no hassle. Great hotel and staff.

Fairly priced offer with breakfeast. Comfortable beds and room big enough for 2+2 family. The breakfeast was OK. a few kmilometers from highway. Parking available.
