For dinner the curry wurst was good and a good price. The breakfast was bigger and better than I expected. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

The airport shuttle never came and I had to call the hotel about it. Finally, after 30 minutes another shuttle gave me a ride to the hotel. The airport is farther from the airport that I expected - a good 15 minutes or more with traffic. Also you have to pay for the shuttle back to the airport, which only goes to Terminal 1. If you need to go to Terminal 2, you will need to take the airport shuttle to Terminal 2, so be sure to factor in extra time for the transfer (no one told me this information).

Like the staff, convenience, comfy beds, location, easy parking. We know what to expect each time we stay.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and will continue to do so.It's extremely convenient for the night before our morniing flight (18 minute to the airport). While we like the breakfast we were a bit disappointed with the bread. Yes, a minor inconveniece but we never felt this way before, and German bread is better than what we had. Also, the wifi was not strong and so I just gave up trying and went to sleep.

I'm sorry for taking so long to give you a review, because I'm so busy I've traveled around Europe, and now I have time to evaluate the hotels where I stay, this hotel is very suitable for me, close to the office and there is a supermarket downstairs, and most importantly, the front desk service: Jun Zhe and Vineeth and the handsome bearded guys on duty at night are great, I like their service and attitude very much, they help me a lot, If I have the opportunity to go to Germany later, I will still choose your hotel.

I almost got on the wrong bus in the morning when I needed to take the hotel bus to the airport, and when I asked the front desk if it was the bus, she might have been a little busy or confident, leading me to think that the bus at the door was the one to the airport. Later, when I waited for the van to the airport, the driver's attitude was very disliked, he didn't seem to want to help me with my luggage (I had two suitcases and a school bag), maybe he was not an employee of the hotel, but I wanted to be able to improve.

The hotel (only a few years old) is located 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport but a shuttle service is provided at a most affordable rate of 5 Euros per person (from the hotel; from the airport transportation to the hotel is free of charge). The front desk personnel was very professional and helpful, and the rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. We also liked the fact that it's possible to park our car in the lot directly in front of the hotel for up to 15 days, at a charge of 10 Euros/day. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Overall a most pleasant experience, made even nicer by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Really can't think of anything. Our stay was absolutely without any complaints.

We really liked our stay in the Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt Airport! Exactly what we needed: a new and clean hotel, close to the highway, very kind staff and a quiet and dark room with airconditioning. The room is not big but it was big enough to place a baby cot (free of charge). Breakfast that was included was fine.

Nothing really, exactly what we expected. The bed is not huge but comfortable.

Very comfortable rooms and staff were helpful and accommodating when we arrived early.

The shuttle service is a 3rd party sprinter van that is shared with the neighboring hotel. If you are traveling in a large group, you may not all fit. The van is also not well marked and the times are limited. Despite 13 pairs of eyes looking out for the shuttle, we supposedly missed seeing the last shuttle ( and we were standing in the correct location ) and were forced to order Taxi service. Hotel did try to make amends.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good, and so was the pizza we ordered from the restaurant. The staff were friendly. Appreciated the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport (and the cost was reasonable for the return trip.)

This "airport" hotel was quite a drive to reach. We used the hotel shuttle from the airport, but we were shocked at how long it took to get there (10-15 minutes on highways.) When we arrived, we had a full shuttle and the line was long. It would have been helpful to have a second staff for signing everyone in.

Clean and comfortable room to stay. Breakfast is good enough with this hotel rank. There is a supermarket next to the hotel.

I was prepared for it, but it was still quite a walk from the station, also far from the central station. The wall of shower room is a half size so you have to shower carefully and gently. But the cleanliness of the room makes up for that inconvenience.

I only stayed one night I found the staff at check in very courteous and friendly. The location for transit is good and comfortable. The room was very specious, clean and comfortable.

The transportation from airport to hotel is not at reliable. I waited for more than 90 mins before getting it. This not only me nearly all the passengers who arrived with me were complaining about the wait time at airport.

Location just off the A3 very convenient as travel stop. Restaurant was open, although lacking atmosphere. Room was small, but clean, had a decent bed, plenty chargers. Breakfast was outstanding at this pricepoint

Industrial area. A few simple restaurants at walking distance, but you won't go there for charm. Parking is €10, but with the reasonable room price acceptable.
