Very professional staff. Receptionists were very friendly and quick to help with information sharing. Bed was very comfortable, room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was spacious and relatively close to the front door. Breakfast option was a good choice, a lot of options to choose from. I will stay in this Holiday Inn Express again in the near future.

There is a single negative thing I can think of… perhaps no complementary water in the room. Not having a bottle of water in the room isn’t a big deal, but would have been well received.

Great location, close to Sindelfingen city center, and also to highways. We’ve got a super quiet and spacious room, so I had great sleeps. The bathroom had bigger shower cabin than ee expected, it was a pleasant surprise. The staff were super nice and helpful and the whole stay was a great value for money with breakfast.

It would elevate the quality of breakfast if there was more warm option beside scrambled eggs ( e.g. sausage). There was no mini fridge (not minibar, that’s not important), so storing medicines that needed to be stored in a cool place was not possible.

The staff were kind, the place is clean, the rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. 0-24 reception is nice.

The AC is too strong and the room was really cold even after I turned it off. The parking in the hotel is 13 euro/night which they didn’t say till the paying.

The location is rather unfortunate in a city close to the motorway but not so easy to reach, moreover in a busy street. Furthermore, my room on the first floor overlooked a small street where a mechanical workshop started work around 6.30 in the morning, waking me up to the noise. The outdoor parking costs 8€, quite expensive for outdoor parking in a small town.

Location was handy for us but otherwise might be a little far from attractions. Otherwise, it was perfect! Carpark was easy to use, rooms clean and quiet, great breakfast, lovely staff and 12pm check out. An absolute delight after a bad stay in an independent hotel!

Break Fast was a good spread. Location was good in the context of my work. Also I like the very accommodative staff at the reception . Found them kind and pleasant.

The fact that the Bar was not open on 30 June !!! reason given was that the person running the Bar reported sick!

We are fans of this chain, because the quality-price ratio has been maintained since our first reservation until now. The experiences with them are very good: cleanliness, correct breakfast.
