The hotel has a nice spa area and a gym that is open 24 hours. I had a room on the courtyard side that was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whether it is the reception staff, at the spa, the bar or the breakfast, they were all super friendly and well-trained. The breakfast was also excellent.

The parking garage entrance is quite narrow. If you have a big car, it’s a challenge to get in and out without any damages. Once in the garage, the parking is huge with generous parking spots. Since the building is very big, I’m not sure why they designed the entrance and the exit like this.

We loved the gym, pool and saunas. The breakfast/brunch was amazing, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, an omelette station and delicious and healthy options too!! A big plus is that you can have breakfast until 11 and check out until 12, which is great if you want to sleep in or have a slow morning.

What I did not like is that you have to pay for parking. This came as a surprise to me, considering the high cost of the hotel stay. Finally, there is a restaurant at the hotel where you can have a great dinner and drinks but it is a tad overpriced...

Wonderful stay with my child, new and spacious rooms, everything worked properly and we never lacked anything during our brief holiday. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is tasty, though didn't vary much day to day. The main pool was a bit too cold for me and my 5 yo, the remperature could have been a few degrees higher. The jacuzzi was nice though. My daughter particularly enjoyed the haribo gummies at the reception! I would also note the attentive staff.

The hotel was in a great location for what we were looking for...staff were all very helpful and friendly when we had questions for them. The bed worked for us and the room was sizable.

The cost of the breakfast was a little too much for our budget and therefore we did not attend the buffet offered each morning. We did ask for an early morning coffee and they charged us, which I thought should have been complimentary as the cost per room is on the higher side.

This hotel is an absolute pleasure from the moment you check in with a complimentary glass of champagne until the time you leave. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was a feast. Fabulous

The entire train station area is under a major multi year reconstruction project. This is beyond the hotel's control.

What I didn't like was more about the booking experience via Booking.com I mistakenly made two separate bookings. By the time I got to the hotel, they were both pre-paid and I could not get a refund. Normally booking.com gives a warning about this but I didn't get one, so it cost me €560 for two nights I didn't use.

Reception staff was so helpful and welcoming. Was offered a glass of fizz or water. Also given a room upgrade. Spa was really nice relaxing and clean. Great location just a short 5 min walk to main train station.

Nothing really but there is some steep stairs to get to the restaurant and bar outside. And the hot tub in the pool area was closed.

During check in, the front desk staff manner was bad. I did ask for high floor during my booking but she gave me first floor and said rooms were fully book. However, the other days front desk staffs were good. Had to walk quite far to train station especially with luggages.

Really great Hotel friendly staff in every area. Pool and spa area is great for relaxing it is nicer than the even the pictures show. Room was very clean and comfortable and was perfect for our trip. The buffet breakfast was fantastic

Only a small thing that the hotel really can't do anything about but we took a city view room don't expect a great view it looks out on to the train station construction area. A capsule coffee machine in the room would be nice instant coffee was provided which is fine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go nearby. Walking there from the train station is very easy and close by which is nice. The place was beautiful especially since we went around Christmas time.

Had to go up a bunch of steps without luggage to reach the property but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.
