We did a "staycation" as a weekend getaway for my husband and I. We live in the Stuttgart area, so it was easy for us to find. The check was pleasant and very easy. Everyone was nice and friendly. They also spoke English if you require this. Our room was a studio and it was perfect for what we wanted. We did not use the Spa or pool, but we checked it out and it was an excellent space. Lots of towels, it was warm, clean, and inviting. In our room, everything was clean and well thought out. We did not use the housekeeping option, but it was available. We ordered food to our room and the reception was helpful in letting us know when it arrived. Bed was comfy, TV was easy to work, and Wifi was good. The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety. It wasn´t gourmet food, but it was fine enough for us with many hot and cold choices. They had coffee, tea, juices, water etc. There was bread, pastries, cereal, eggs, meats, cheeses, pancakes etc. Check out was very fast and easy. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and we will use it for friends and family that come to visit and need a place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean, good facilities

The fact that they wanted a holding deposit and said it would be refunded we left the room in perfect order and never got the deposit back I have emailed them and they didn’t even respond to me so No I’m not happy

Very clean, good sauna and pool, gym small but good equipment and well lit. Was expecting to have more space in the apartment itself however everything we needed was there including dishwasher and washing machine (as well as detergent for both). Aussie barman was fantastic, drinks were great. About 15 mins walk into the centre of Stuttgart which was perfect for us and basically inside a shopping center. Good trip!

Not much space in the kitchen, made cooking food a little challenging but manageable. Just needed a little more counter space (fridge was huge!!). Was hard to get the room cool as AC was fixed to stop at 18.

The location is just perfect. It is near the mall and within 5 mins to the high street via U-bahn (subway). The best if all was the staff and their loyalty. Very trustworthy ♥️

It was perfect overall. We only had an issue with the sockets in the bedroom not working. I asked only once to get it fixed but I guess the staff might have forgotten it, but I was fine with it because I managed to use the sockets in the living room for charging.

The reception staff member was very polite and helpful. When we had a problem with the hob not functioning we were given a different room to stay in. The barman was friendly and chatty.

Having a fire alarm at 7:50 am which meant we had to walk down 19 floors. The instructions for using the washer/dryer were not with the machine. We found them later in the wardrobe.

Loved all the amenities, washer drier, kitchen, fridge, extra comfy seating, comfy bed!!!. Roomy. Breakfast was very good, and a good selection. Pool was great to destress in too. Towels at pool area would be better. Outdoor terrace great but sadly taken up.by smokers, making it dirty. Good location, 15:min walk to gardens and lake and 20mins to main square with great cafes etc and monuments.

No help with luggage, and we had a lot with a 5 week europe holiday from Australia. Didnt like having to collect extra towels from reception after pool. Entrance hard to find. Didn't like dirty outdoor tables with ash from smokers on nice outdoor terrace.

The gym is great. There are plenty of lifts and they’re pretty fast. Parking is convenient too.

Check in is always a challenge (I stay here a lot). I always pay for breakfast, however it check in they always tell me I have to pay extra for breakfast (the room was over £300 per night). It just annoys me I always have to have this stupid argument about breakfast when I’ve already paid for it. Then at breakfast, I’m always found tipping the orange juice containers to try to drain the dregs out to fill a glass - fill them up! I’ve paid for breakfast.

Enjoyed the facilities (gym, sauna), breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and location was amazing (very close to the city center or actually already in the city center and next to a new shopping mall). Pet friendly as well (I had a small dog with me).

Parking entrance was a bit further from the entrance but the staff were very helpful with explaining how to get there. Once you find your way around the entrance, it is actually quite easy to get to the room.

Great location. Easy walk to the station and the Schoßplatz but also right beside an U Bahn station. Lots of places to eat and a shopping centre right beside it. Great facilities in the room - washing machine and cooking facilities especially handy. Quiet, comfy bed, plenty sockets and a good shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't have a chance to try the spa facilities but the whole building was pretty new and clean and in good repair.

Only thing was the restaurant was a little quiet and not always open, but with so many places to eat nearby it wasn't an issue.

The location was perfect for our needs. A few minutes walk to the trains and easy connections to the main station and Mercedes Benz Stadium. There was also a good choice of restaurants in the square only a few metres away. The room was amazingly well set up and spacious enough to move around in. Air conditioning, clean bathroom and even a small kitchenette (with a washing machine), fridge and so much more. The hotel also has a lovely indoor pool and fitness area and the outside area near reception had great views for a nightcap.

There was nothing I didn't like - I really enjoyed our stay. The only small negative was that when we sat down for a late breakfast there were quite a few empty dishes which were not refilled. I was told there would be no refill because the morning rush had been very busy (we came to breakfast at around 10:55am) so there was not a lot of choice left for us. It would have been nice for the not so early risers to have the same options as the early birds during breakfast time. Especially since there was still 35 minutes left before the breakfast serving ended.
