it's all about location. Right next to the main station. No noise thanks to soundproof windows. Rooms clean, bed very comfortable. All staffs very friendly and helpful. The hotel is no longer part of the infamous Novum Hotel group, but rather a family operation now. Most of the rooms have been renovated recently.

The room was really tiny and simple. No Aircon, which could be a problem in summer. The price was rather high for what you get, you pay for the location mostly.

The staff were very accomodating and helpful, printing tickets, giving recommendations and advise and offering to store luggage if needed. I stayed on Floor 2 which was recently renovated. The room was lovely, warm, modern and had very basic appointments.

Due to ongoing renovations there was a bit of noise during the day (nothing at night) so was a little distributive but to be expected and did not detract from the overall experience. The internet signal was weak, and sometimes dropped out but was goon when connected.

Standard hotel experience including all the basic hotel facilities and appliances, all of which were in good condition. One of our rooms had been renovated while the other had a more dated decoration (still in great state) which I found very interesting. I was able to get a discount at the nearby parking by asking at the reception. The location near Hauptbahnhof and Königstraße is clearly one of the main attractives.

While all the standard hotel appliances were present, I think the rooms could benefit from a kettle. We had coffee sticks with us from our travel and the opportunity to drink a hot coffee at the room would have been great.

Location was perfect, next to the station, breakfast superb & room was cozy. Real value for money.

Location and front end desk people are topmost

everything was really nice . They had a nice breakfast , staff was friendly especially Ioannis who introduce us a really great restaurant near by which was the best food we had in our holidays

The lift broke on the first day we arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed till the day we left something that made it very difficult especially with old people carrying down their luggage's. From what we heard it was a matter of dispute with old owners and new owners who to fix so nobody was taking care of the problem. despite the fact that they promised somebody to help us bring down our luggage's from the 3rd floor nobody came .If i knew that we wouldnt have a lift i would book in another place . it was really tiring

I thought the price of the breakfast was very high at 30 euros. I did not eat any meals at the hotel.

I would like to have seen a simple "city map" that would help visitors from around the world, "orient" themselves to the city as well as information on the bus/train system. I do not live in a city that uses long-distance buses and trains so it was very confusing how to use the train. Also, a contact number "business card" which a visitor could add to their wallet for quick reference for important offices such as police, hospitals, taxis, etc. (My pregnant friend and I were "challenged" by a mentally ill person on a train platform who kept yelling at us and confronting to the point of touching her stomach. People on the train platform came to our aid before the police arrived.

The staffs is excellent, especially Ana. She helped me keep my package while I'm already check out and give it to me two days after while I'm back at the city. The staff at receptionist, restaurant, all are very helpful and care to the guest. They work with their heart. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Stuttgart. The location is excellent, right in front of the main station.

A water boiler in the room will be nice.

The hotel was very conveniently located by the Hauptbahnhof

There was only one kind of liquid soap for hands, hair and body. The towels are a little bit stiff. The elevator was in and out of service during our whole stay. Fortunately, it was working the moments we took our suitcases up and the time we brought them back down.they were not very cooperative about splitting a double bed into two separate beds.

The location was excellent, especially as I took a train there. There is actually an underpass that pretty much connects the rail station to the hotel, if you know how to find it (it is not at all easy!!). I wish I had as it was raining heavily when I arrived. The staff at check-in were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom shower drain smelled and needed treatment. The toilet sink tap was cold only and dripped. Overall the hotel rooms looked a little tired but it was in a lower price point than other options, so it was to be expected. The breakfast was adequate. Not a lot of food put out or many options, perhaps to avoid waste.
