Spacious, comfortable, nice kitchen, fast internet. Quiter than one would expect from the location above one of the busiest streets in the city. The location is awful (and will remain like that until they complete the railway station sometime in 2030) but my office is across the street so it is perfect.

Constant renovation. I visited Cloud 7 a year ago and I had a feeling that some flats around were being repaired. A year later another floor and it is the same. The usability design of the property is a nightmare. The elevator with no visible area for cards to be placed (it is on the bottom side of the protruded display, surprise! One needs to crouch to find it). There is no indication if the elevator is going to you or stopped elsewhere. The giant glass door to the bathroom is not moving (otherwise you would definitely break it with the bedroom door handle, someone already did). Power outlets are hidden so it is hard to find any to charge your phone or laptop. Bedroom lamp with a switch constantly shining blue (no, you cannot cover it, this will switch the lamp on).

part of the electricity didn’t work e.g. blinds or the mirror light in the main bathroom. also, the bin was not emptied/cleaned from the prior guest. and parking was apparently not available, we spoke to different staff members and all of them had different understanding about it therefore gave wrong information, this was frustrating, especially since we were looking for an accommodation with parking facility. we ended up parking in the 24hrs parking from the shopping center and paid more than 50€ per day….

Great location one stop from the main central station. Good shopping on the doorstep for both groceries and a variety of shopping outlets. Very comfortable apartment.

Doors and windows are quite heavy to move until you get used to them. Recommend side tables in the lounge. Lights in the cupboards remained on unless you closed the sliding doors “just right”. Could get hot in the summer but there was a good breeze through the apartment.

It was a pleasant stay at Cloud No. 7 Apartment with all the things that I need, including modernized design of the room, a cozy work station and sofa. A small kitchen, great for reheating restaurant takeout or leftovers, is included in the apartment.

The balcony is connected with the room next door. When checking in, the office is not located at the Cloud No. 7 Hotel.

Loved the use of space and optimisation with technology. Very helpful staff.

Nothing to complain about at all. Just the basin in the bathroom had a bit of a leak, so we had to use the little one in the toilet. Since we were staying over the weekend, weren't sure if someone would be able to come n fix it. It's good there was an alternative, otherwise it would have been a bit tricky. But apart from that, a wonderful stay.

Very beautiful sleek design apartment. Comfortable and well laid out. Excellent kitchen and shower. Nearby Underground stop, but already 15 minute walk to Hbf and 20-25 to city center with most museums theater and music. Building is next to Milaneo Center with limitless shopping and food.

Spacious and clean... we did find some socks and a coffee cup under the sofa bed though.

The apartment was very warm. There was no window in the bedroom or the bathroom and only one in the living room that you could open, but another glass front and hardly any fresh air coming in.

Perfect location, beautiful view from the terrace. Fully stuffed kitchen, bathroom and the room. The apartment is suitable for both - short and long term staying. It will definitely suit for those who prefer freedom and independence, and appreciate quite environment and privacy.

The room was very lovely and luxurious, we even got a free room upgrade! We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t use the kitchen area but many facilities to meet all your needs, would be great for a longer stay also.

Excellent position adjacent to Mileaneo shopping centre. Very comfortable bed and settee. All appliances worked. Management office open weekdays. Contact free check in. The balcony was nice although only one chair and we were advised it wasn't possible to have a second one although both neighbours had two chairs. Unit was very clean and attractive.

We knew there was no air conditioning but it was hot during our 12 night stay in June. We left the balcony doors open overnight and it was extremely noisy, mostly sirens from emergency vehicles(police station opposite), and mosquitoes were a nuisance even though we were on the 11th floor.
