The location is very good, close to the restaurants, supermarket around the corner, 18 minutes maybe until the train station. The bed comfortable and everything clean, we did enjoy our stay there 😀 I liked a lot the shower and the pressure of water, amazing for long hair.

We had this experience with a partner that takes the amount of money before your arrival and than it should be sent into the host account but something didn’t go well and the money remained on hold more than it should; the girl from reception was cooperative and this situation got solved after one day. Was my first experience of this type. They say the reservation is free and not needed to be paid in advance but a few days before arrival the amount will be requested and blocked from your account, I think this should be mentioned.

Great price for value at a good location: Olgaeck is fairly close to the station (on both foot and by the U-bahn) and it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in the city or in the region — the nearby light rail stop is served by trains really frequently. The room was nice and the breakfast was great with a huge variety of items to choose from (especially spreads like butter and jams). Approach from Gaisburgstraße, Blumenstraße is really, really, REALLY steep. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and the local Edeka is also pretty good to shop at.

Unfortunately their payment system is a bit of a mess, and it is not done through Booking. They use a third party payment processor to precharge your card as a deposit, but then the actual payment doesn't go through that payment processor, but through their own POS terminal (and then during payment they'll have the payment processor unlock your deposit). This means that it can take up to 2 weeks after you left until the payment processor and your bank figure out how things are and you get your deposit back. Also the carpeting could use some really good refurbishing.

The location is great, just a block away from a metro stop and a 10 minute walk to the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good and varied. The mini fridge in the room was a bonus.

Do not choose a room on ground floor as too close to street and therefore had to keep curtains closed at all times. But mostly because of the continuous banging of the front door which disturbed my sleep.

Everything! It was a perfect budget friendly stay for me. Location, clean, spacious room, great breakfast, great staff. One block away from the Palace. It’s a block from a metro station that takes you to the train station and 2 blocks from one that takes you all the way to the Porsche Arena and the Zoo. Great shower pressure, room had what you need. Also the breakfast nook looks into a nice garden that I’m guessing is beautiful in summer.

Everything was amazing, highly recommend if you’re in town for anything that takes place in the Porsche Arena/ Mercedes Museum.

The rooms and amenities were clean and beds very comfortable. The Breakfast was also delicious, fresh foods and a great selection to choose from. Highly recommend.

I missed having a kettle and Tea or coffee in the room - I think this would have been appreciated rather than the wine for purchase. We arrived late at night from a long train ride and a hot cup of tea or coffee would have been wonderful to be able to enjoy.

excellent Breakfast, lift does not go all the way up. slamming frount door may hinder sleep for those whose room is on the ground floor.

I liked everything, only thing that the lift does not go all the way up and had to climb li last flight of stairs.

The location was ideal, quick to the train or just a 10-15 min walk to the Alt Stadt & Koenig Str. The staff were very helpful & friendly, and we loved the traditional German breakfast with very fresh pretzels, rolls, cheeses & wursts! It was nice having a big grocery store right next to City Hotel as well

We liked everything about this hotel but if we stayed again we would maybe ask for room with a bit better view (or more privacy) but we understand that it’s in the city so we didn’t mind the views of the neighboring apartments.

The car park is small but very useful, as you park practically in front of the door. The hotel is very nicely located in a residential area, which gives it a special charm. Excellent breakfast with friendly and helpful but not intrusive staff. Well stocked and reasonably priced mini bar :-). The location is very convenient for walking to the TV Tower. Thank you to all the staff we have had contact with.

We have absolutely no objections. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for a longer stay.

A great little hotel right in the centre! private parking on site (although you really do have to reserve a space as theres not many) a 5 minute walk to some great bars and places to eat, friendly towards motorcycles, the rooms are spacious enough and the beds a very comfy, an excellent place to stay to see Stuttgart!

They do have a breakfast area, but thats about it as far as amenities go, the lift did not go all the way up to the top floor, which is a bit of a pain when your lugging around all your motorcycle gear!

Excellently located, it is a simple hotel but fine: I had all I needed in my small room, everything was good thought and working fine. For the price I would have expected a less taken care for hotel. The bathroom had a window, wich I appreciate very much.

The reception desk was closed after 8 PM, but the staff reacted promptly to my phone call and I got my key.
