I like the location of the hotel. It is downtown and just 300 meters away from the shops and all the amazing leisure activities. It was a nice experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think I might return.

The elevator was very far from the rooms and my first room was filled with smoke. My room view was the windows of the next building. The elevator was old and the bathrooms needed renovation. The shower had only hot water and I was not able to use the cold water, so I had to have a shower with hot water.

Practícal, confortable and central hotel. Good breakfast and the two ladys at the recepción was very kind.

Location of the hotel is super central. A lot of convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centre are within 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The room was decently spacious for the value and clean. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They even let us check in a few hours earlier than expected.

The room is not sound proof. We could still hear noises from the street even though our room was on the opposite side of the busy street. Noises from the hallway can be heard from inside of the room.

Nice quiet hotel in the city centre close to everything. A little outdated but for the price it was a bargain. Very clean which is important. Friendly staff.

Nightmare to find their underground parking, some signs on the street needed to show direction. Also 20 Eur for parking per day is a little too much.

The room exceeded our expectations in both size and facilities since we got an AC and we didn't count with it, since other times we stayed here we didn't get it. The location is great and you have everything so close and many stores, restaurants and supermarkets around the corner.

The bathroom could be better. Old tiles that need a renovation. They look very grandma style. The bathtub is unnecessary, specially with the small step on the side, which could be a little bit dangerous when you walk in or out cause it's slippery when it's wet Also because of the shower glass doesn't fit right to the bottom, there was a lot of water coming into the floor and we needed to use another towel for not having a puddle next to the WC

Breakfast was exelllent, the beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was located perfect distance to many, many stores, restaurants and the train

I really appreciate the Cleanliness of the Hotel and Rooms. The Air Conditioning was must for this temperature conditions and it was really comfortable. Breakfast was Okay comparing to the Hotel, it could have been little bit better in terms of Variety of the Food items to take care of multicultural team, like we were in our group.

I would recommend a little bit of extension of the Reception so that an extra staff can work during these times of Trade Fair or when lots of people are coming for Check-In. Our Check-In took almost 40 minutes for 4 people and An effective Air Circulation or Air Conditioning is required during this high time for people to calm down till they get their turn.

The location was excellent and convenient

The walls are not thick enough, one night the guy next door snored quite loud and we were able to hear him for a while.

The breakfast selection was excellent at 6:30AM on the day we flew home and also at 10:00 AM on the day we slept in.

The location was excellent, located on the walking zone with many adjacent shops and restaurants. Our room faced this pedestrian zone. The closed windows did a very good job muffling out the sounds, but then the room was a little to warm for our comfort. (Late September)

The room size was fine. Very clean, near to everything, you are in the center, infront of them Halal restaurant. We are Muslims. You can access everything, transportation is near by, supermarkwts around you.

I liked everything except one thing, I wrotel that we expected to arrive before check in time, you know I can't control the arrival time, it is based on transportation schedule on that day from the place where I live, we arrived early at 12 pm, they refused to do the check -in early. My son was sick also on our arrival day. You can imagine how the time from 12 to 2:41 was going. It was very hard. Also, it was Sunday. Malls and all shops were closed.
