The hotel is excellently located in the heart of Stuttgart, close to major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing public transport. I was personally very well taken care of by the hotel staff, who were truly professional and attentive. During my four-day stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall tranquility of the place. Once again, a huge thank you to the staff, who were always attentive and provided outstanding service until my departure. Well done!

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Stuttgart, the city centre is a short walk from the hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant. I left my very expensive hearing aids in the room. The hotel phoned me when I was at the airport to go home. I did not have time to return for them. The hotel said they would pack them up safely. They said that they would go to the post office and send them back to me. I received them yesterday. I was very impressed with the care they took in packing them to make sure they did not get damaged in transit. Brilliant service from a well run small family hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

The furnishing and flooring in general are old-fashioned, but are in good shape The curtains are indeed letting the light through and since the bed is located right next to the window, I woke up 1,5h earlier than supposed to No kettle for tea and instant coffee is a bummer indeed

İf you’re leaving early you have to ask to the receptionist to come early a day before otherwise the elevator won’t work until their arrival snd you will have to carry the luggage down from the steps

Great welcome very good location to access city. Actually some of the best part of town is in the streets behind the hotel. The room was a good size clean with comfortable beds and bedding. Bathroom clean and ample towels

The price was higher than I expected for a hotel with this set of amenities. However, this may have been due to a general increase in demand because of the Canstätter Wasen festival.

The hotel is at a very central location, you can walk to popular areas easily or the subway station is just 50m. The room is cosy and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The price is very affordable for such an hotel.

Central location, great bars and restaurants nearby. (4-10 min walk) Comfortable beds and quiet, clean rooms. The staff is super helpful with any problems you might encounter as a tourist, responsive to all your needs and always available on the phone. They also have a private parking (11€/day). We would choose to stay here again when we visit again.

Hotel was located at walking distance to the city center and it was pretty well connected through public transport to reach the Canstatter Wasen .

We checked out pretty early in the morning and directions were not very clear (front door was closed and elevator wasn't working, so we had to go through the stairs, go out through the back door to the Hof and from there out to the sidewalk through the garage. Also at check-in the lady was super nice but she didn't speak any english so my partner couldn't follow anything she was saying (and also my german is not great, so we might've missed some stuff).
