The hotel is in a residential area that is fairly quiet. It was easily accessible by some nearby tram lines. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was basic but filling. The check-in experience was interesting as the staff had gone home by the time I arrive so there is a key vending machine that you put a code into in your key is dispensed. It was interesting to check into a hotel and not talk to anyone related to the hotel until breakfast the next morning, but the process is easy and I would do it again. I accidentally ended up, leaving my hat and gloves when I departed the hotel as they fell off the back of the bed and the staff has graciously agreed to hold onto them until my return in the spring. I appreciate their willingness to do this for a customer.

Not a complaint about the property, but immediately to the north across the main road is an area that is basically a red light district so some people especially those with families might want to walk a little west of that area to head to the city center

Good location within walking distance of the city centre. Check-in is fast and easy. There is a U-Bahn line from the Hauptbahnhof to the Österreichischer Platz station, which is very close to the hotel. There is a lift. There is a hotel entrance directly to the first floor that allows you to not need to pass through the reception and restaurant. WiFi is fast.

The bed seems to be slightly slanted (probably as a result of everybody getting onto the bed from the same side, because the other side faces a wall; maybe rotating the bed 180° every now and then would solve the problem. The hotel WiFi has port 22 blocked or filtered, which required me to devise a workaround to connect to my server.

Great hotel. Exceptionally accommodating host. I was exhausted after a long transit and requested to check in early so I could get some rest in the late morning/early afternoon, and they were able to accommodate me. I very, very much appreciated that. The hotel is clean, the service is excellent and friendly, I would gladly stay again and next time with my wife and for longer! Thank you so much!!!

Most facilities there - bed, tv, shower, toilet, sink, chair. Quiet for sleeping. The female staff both pleasant and efficient. Nice phrase on the wall. Green coloured walls. Bar area downstairs, which I'm sure would be fine for some (I was in a hurry though this time, so didn't use it). Two bottles of mineral water were tasty and a nice touch.

Location it's biggest drawback. Maybe 25 minutes walk from train station. Also closeby to some seedy establishments and a scruffy area (though the hotel is absolutely fine itself).

My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the modern amenities and the cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to public transport. It’s a short walk to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was very good

Lovely independent hotel close to the centre with lots of local bars and restaurants close to hand. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Public transport close to hand and easy to get to from the airport.

Nothing to fault. The hotel is not new and is showing its age but still preferable to the anonymous Corporate hotels.

This property is in a great location within easy walking distance of the centre. Reception was really helpful and as we were on a motorbike the parking was essential. The room was a bit hot but then it was over 30 degrees outside! The shower was amazing.

Room was a bit hot but a fan was provided in the room.

Amazing staff - I forgot my phone in my room and they were so kind not only to reply immediately to my request but also to pack it safely for being sent to me by a friend who dropped by. Awesome!

I would verym much love to have a fridge in the room.

The location was fantastic, the square outside happened to have a music and food festival on at the time of our stay, shops and restaurants are close at hand too.

We didn’t book breakfast as we thought we’d eat out, however we were told by a member of staff who we won’t name that breakfast was only €4.50pp so we decided to go for it, the choice was limited to cold buffet and 1 flask of coffee between 3 of us so €4.50 each seemed fair, when I came to pay I was charged €10 each as we hadn’t booked it with the rooms despite being residents? The hotel doesn’t have parking although it says they do, you have to park under the nearby fitness centre and get your ticket validated at the hotel, ensure that you do this as it is not made clear at check in! get the exit ticket when you pay the hotel for parking, it’s €16 per day.
