Great room with en-suite, near the Center of Stuttgart

tram stop right next to the building, supermarket across the road, two minutes walk

conservative access system: one metal key to get into the building, then another key to open the door to your room. ATTENTION! Don't forget to immediately insert the key from the inside and secure the lock, as there is no other way to restrict access (at least in our room). There is also a positive effect for absent-minded people - if you forgot your key in the room and slammed the door, it is still open)

Great approach to the hotel by tram. Easy ride from the airport 20 min. Easy to go to the center also 7 minutes on foot. Personnel very help full. Wifi good speed. clean room with possibility to make dark. Supermarket in 40 meters very convinient. On the basement small restaurant (some smell did not bother us). Great Coffee in the room and small 2 bottles of still water. Fast elevator.

Minor issue no fridge but the person in reception kept our things. So everything fine. Reception works in certain hours I cannot remmember but was fine for us.

Right opposite the station where I could take the tram going to Hbf and also directly to the airport. Mattress was comfortable, pillows were a bit too soft. Staff were very nice and answered all my queries.

Had to position the door to my room in a specific way if I wanted to turn the key. Wifi isn't the greatest, I was using a laptop and it was a bit slow, otherwise on the phone it was good. Bathroom also smelled a bit but it's tolerable.

Very comfortable bed, super friendly staff, really good basic necessitjes included. Hair dryer also works really well. Really convenient check in and out hours. Closeness to Olgaeck station makes travelling through Stuttgart so easy and it's very very close to the city center, 5 mins walk. Affordable too. Staff was very friendly in helping us book a taxi.

Convenient location: close to the historical town centre, kebab/pizza place right below the hotel, more eateries and groceries nearby, well served by public transport (right next to a Stadtbahn stop and a couple of bus stops). Plain on the outside, but clean and comfy on the inside. Kettle, teas, paper cups, hangers, TV, fan, humidifier, towels in the room; soap, shampoo, hair dryer in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi worked well.

My windows overlooked the street with the Stadtbahn and people, so it was somewhat noisy, but shutting the windows blocked the noise well. It also got a bit too hot inside (even with the windows open, although I didn’t try the fan).

Olgaeck Station is right in front of the hotel, and Charlottenplatz Station is within a 5-minute walk. The area is quiet, and there are three supermarkets nearby. The front desk staff are very polite, kind, and friendly. If I come to Stuttgart again, I would definitely like to stay here.

It would be better if there was a refrigerator.

Hoyel was in the nice area, reception person was nice, room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a humid July day but hey had two fans in the room.

That there was no real airconditioning because fans dont help when it is humid especially in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and friendly, the restaurant is the cheapest in the area with very good and clean food. The place is excellent, with the U-ban(metro) is just 20 steps outside. My solo room was with separated wash room but generally wasn't an issue. So it's excellent for the price for practical people who are not searching for empty luxury.

I was pleasantly surprised by the place, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. So was the bathroom. Yes, it's by a main road with traffic and trams but at night it quiets down. And it's good value for the money.
