1. Good value. The room was clean and somewhat recently renovated. 2. Convenient location in S-West for getting around town. U-Bahn nearby. E-scooters everywhere.

1. WiFi did not work well. Even after asking to reset the router. So slow I tethered my phone to use internet for my computer. 2. It is normal for German hotels to have no air conditioning - it's only warm in August. But I happened to stay here in August, and the fan in the room was useless. I asked to replace it (the fan had a broken stand when I arrived), but it pushed almost zero air (very cheap fan). I tried to sleet with the window wide open at night - lots of street noise. I'm sure it's more comfortable in cooler months, but in August this hotel needs a better solution for keeping guests cool.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, as was all the communal areas, my thanks to the cleaners who do their work very well. The location of the hotel was perfect for the city centre, a 20 min stroll into town of 5 min the underground. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff and were helpful in looking after my bag till check while I went for a walk into town.

Only small matters that I did not like but did not spoil my stay - There was no phone that I saw in the room to call anyone in another room, there was no place to hang my towel in the bathroom when it was wet, there was no English speaking television stations, I have a mobility issue and the lift took forever to arrive to the 2nd floor. As said, nothing spoiled my stay.

Excellent reception, very friendly and helpful. Herr Thibault made us supper and we had entertaining conversation with him. It makes a difference! Facilities were fine and perfectly adequate. The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful but particularly Herr Thibault who looked out for our welfare. The meal deal was not only a good buy but it was really nice to be comfortable and quiet in the hotel.

The room was pretty small and of course the noise level from outside is high, but one is in a capital city! Herr Thibault had hoped to put us further up but there was a problem with the lift which was a bit temperamental so he put us on the 2nd floor. It's a pity there's nowhere to park near the hotel but again, it's near the centre of a big city.

Parking was absolutely nightmare as on booking said will be parking there and that’s why we chose this hotel but when we will come there the gentleman on reception said everything was taken and there is no more space. I thing they should mention it in description of hotel as is very confusing and also causing many problems as obviously is hard to find parking spot in central of Stuttgart. We were lucky we found something after 20 minutes driving around roads next to the hotel. Also our hotel room was from the back of hotel, very loud ventilation or something next to our window so was quite tricky to sleep.

The hotel is very clean, has a nice lobby, an elevator. The room is small, but clean and the bed is comfortable. Nice bathroom with a great mirror for girls to do makeup :) The location is also pretty nice, the public transport in stuttgart is great, so you can go pretty much everywhere.

The water pressure was not really good when you want hot water. I guess it is to save more. It’s kind of annoying, but wasn’t a big problem for a 2 nights stay and quick showers.

Comfortable, very clean, fair prices and good located. A rich and delicious breakfast for a fair price (even equipped even with a machine for fresh orange juice). Ideal for city breaks, or for those who want to save money and have a decent stay same time.

For us that was not a problem, but it could be a functional problem for people with limited locomotion or heavy luggage, because the elevator's doors from the up floors are located between the floors and until your floor you have 5 or 6 stairs. For this hotel category don't expect to find there the latest elevator or furniture models, but it's all clean and functional. the hotel is pets friendly, so it could be a problem for those with allergies in elevator or by reception - area. But the rooms are with parquet only (no carpets) and the beds linens are clean, so apparently it should not be a problem that's a pet-friendly hotel.

Required to supply after arrival and before check-in to obtain code, copy of all occupant's passports, and completion of taxation form for guests. However, booking.com does not allow any documents or images to be sent in either direction, even though they state they are. Then had to telephone the agent for accommodation to get email details and be able to send and receive pictures and copies of documents, eg: JPG & PDF, outside of Booking.Com control. Not very convenient as we did not have any internet or phone access at the time. Fortunately, a kind security guard in a nearby building was able to assist and overcome this for us. Also, we arrived on May 1st, Bank Holiday, so everywhere was closed.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and approachable. Communication in English was smooth, checking in and out was easy.

We've booked the property with the understanding that parking would be provided. That would be the case, but we've travelled by a larger, taller vehicle and the staff informed us of the garage height limit only after we've arrived. Also, there is an elevator, but it's small and it cannot be used to reach the top floor where our room was located.

The room was very nice, the staff was polite and even offered to rent a parking spot for our car. We ended up parking on the street, but it was still nice to have options. Everything was clean and they even left little candies on our pillows! On the morning of our check-out we were able to have a little snack in their restaurant area at no cost. The location was also perfect for us, so close to the centre!

Shower - water leaks from the cabin door. Parking - hard to find and risky - I left it overnight where parking is allowed only from 19 till 7 am. As I read one previous review here (the guy who got the fine for parking), I went to my car just before 9 AM and there were no fine yet, so probably you can leave your car there till 9 am.
