The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The facility was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The food didn’t quite match our cuisine, but it was still decent.

The room was not very clean; there could have been more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom sink was too small, so water splashed everywhere, which was not pleasant at all. In terms of location, getting there from the train station was not easy. It looks close on the map, but due to ongoing construction on the way, it was quite a hassle. If you have several suitcases, unfortunately, you’ll have to go up and down stairs.

The hotel has a nice spa area and a gym that is open 24 hours. I had a room on the courtyard side that was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whether it is the reception staff, at the spa, the bar or the breakfast, they were all super friendly and well-trained. The breakfast was also excellent.

The parking garage entrance is quite narrow. If you have a big car, it’s a challenge to get in and out without any damages. Once in the garage, the parking is huge with generous parking spots. Since the building is very big, I’m not sure why they designed the entrance and the exit like this.

Room was comfortable in size & appreciated the bath tub facility. Hotel is beautiful internally & well fitted out. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink with great service.

We arrived by rail, so the only way to get to the hotel was by walking. Due to the construction work & the stairs in between, this was very tiring & difficult. This also caused an inconvenience for the Uber + taxis who were diverted to get there. We also felt that the location did not offer too much other options for us to enjoy.

The hotel was lovely! It was nice having a full tub in the bathroom, and the room itself was very spacious. We were in walking distance to a beer garden and the Hauptbahnhof, so the location was nice as well.

If you’re walking from the Hauptbahnhof, you’ll walk upstairs to cross a bridge and then at the property you’ll go downstairs again. There’s not an outdoor elevator to get in the lobby. It’s just a little inconvenient if you’re carrying large luggage.

We loved the atmosphere walking in, the reception team was great and very welcoming. The pool and spa area are something special. The park across the road is a fantastic place to go for a walk and relax in greenery.

A little down on cleanliness as I found a couple of hair in the bathroom at arrival. Also the carpet, feels a little worn and dirty. Breakfast felt rushed and the table was a little brittle. The TV was not a smart TV so couldn't watch our favourite show.

If you book with booking.com you can't collect points for the marriott bonvoy which is ridiculous. I stayed almost 3 months in their hotels in a few different cities and have 0 points. You'd think after this amount of time you'd have lots but no. And they always suggest you sign up for it fully aware that it's a waste of time since they won't give you any points. Total bullshit But thats the only problem, besides that the hotel was great

We loved the gym, pool and saunas. The breakfast/brunch was amazing, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, an omelette station and delicious and healthy options too!! A big plus is that you can have breakfast until 11 and check out until 12, which is great if you want to sleep in or have a slow morning.

What I did not like is that you have to pay for parking. This came as a surprise to me, considering the high cost of the hotel stay. Finally, there is a restaurant at the hotel where you can have a great dinner and drinks but it is a tad overpriced...

Wonderful stay with my child, new and spacious rooms, everything worked properly and we never lacked anything during our brief holiday. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is tasty, though didn't vary much day to day. The main pool was a bit too cold for me and my 5 yo, the remperature could have been a few degrees higher. The jacuzzi was nice though. My daughter particularly enjoyed the haribo gummies at the reception! I would also note the attentive staff.

The hotel was in a great location for what we were looking for...staff were all very helpful and friendly when we had questions for them. The bed worked for us and the room was sizable.

The cost of the breakfast was a little too much for our budget and therefore we did not attend the buffet offered each morning. We did ask for an early morning coffee and they charged us, which I thought should have been complimentary as the cost per room is on the higher side.

This hotel is an absolute pleasure from the moment you check in with a complimentary glass of champagne until the time you leave. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was a feast. Fabulous

The entire train station area is under a major multi year reconstruction project. This is beyond the hotel's control.
