Very friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel really welcome. Parking was very convenient. It was nice to have a Bar and restaurant as part of the hotel. I really enjoyed the beds & nice linen.

The bathrooms weren’t very easy for people with slight disabilities, knee problems or such. One had to claim into a bath tub to shower in the standard rooms. The barrier free room was great but has no sort of wardrobe but again the staff found solutions and was super helpful. The good outweighs the minor inconveniences

The breakfast seemed excellent but too expensive (19 EUR/day/person) so we didn't have any. The room was very spacious and clean, with all the facilities available. At the time of booking, the price was quite good, compared to others in the Mannheim-Weinheim-Viernheim area.

Expensive breakfast, so we opted out. The central heating wasn't functional and we had to ask for a heater to keep the room warm (which worked OK, yet with noise while the heater was on). When we asked for 1 day extension, the daily price was 20% higher. When we said "we'll think about it", it went down to just 10% higher. Inconsistent pricing policy, or helpdesk misinformation. Parking (outside) was offered at 7 EUR/day. Not many options for eating outside. Needs a car to have more options.

I enjoyed a great stay. Comfortable room, charming staff, and hotel fresh and modern in feel. The breakfast was a particular highlight, a little pricier than usual in continental hotels (19.95 euros) but a terrific selection of options were available, and all cooked to a very high standard. Pretty much anything you could reasonably desire for breakfast was provided!

The property is well kept and maintained, the staff is very professional and speaks English well. The queen size bed in my room was very comfortable and the sheets were crisp and starch white without a blemish or mark on them. The breakfast is an A-1 breakfast buffet with a good variety of breakfast foods, including breakfast desserts and fresh made juices. I would definitely stay at this property again and I highly recommend it to all.

We always stay at the NH Weinheim when we are traveling to Germany. The hotel is great and mostly used for business travel. The breakfast is always outstanding.

The only issue is there is no air conditioning and during our stay the weather was quite hot and the fan they provided was not quite sufficient for our comfort. This limited our stay to move to a hotel with air conditioning.

I liked all about the NH hotel it indeed lived up to my expectations especially the hotel staff whom were very helpful It is likely that I will stay again as all the facilities were of a high standard !

I think that the hotel should have provided free parking as I stayed for over 10 nights ! I did not see any CTV on the premises this would have given me more reassurance especially having travelled by car from UK

Only one thing could have improved our stay that would have been to have air conditioning as it was very hot even with the fan on if it had air conditioning we would of scored you 10 out of 10 Also we arrived on Sunday evening and the Resturant was closed so we had to go find somewhere to eat and we had been driving for 9 hrs so we were very tiered.

Presents everything you need: comfortable room and bed. Nice reception with different sitting areas. Little shop where food and drinks are available 24/7. Breakfast mit " Liebe zum Detail ". Big parking space inside the hotel area. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very couteous and helpful. They tended to the dificiences with my room and had them fixed in good time.

Holder for shower head was broken making it very inconvenient for a comfortable shower. Hot water heaters were did not work the next morning.
