Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are very friendly. The room is clean and beautiful. We slept very well on the bed. My children felt happy in the hotel Tenne. Parking lots are directly in front of the door. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the near. Even though, Tenne's surroundings are very safe. We even found the coat of our daughter when we returned in the evening after losing it in the morning. A very nice place and very nice memory. Thank you very much!!

Hotel has quite unique looks on inside too. Breakfast was additional 10 euros at the time and it was OK, nothing special, but it was good to start day with it. Parking was found in front of hotel entrance, which on other side and section of this building. Location was quite good, there was not any severe noises at the nights. Good worth for money.

Good quiet location just off the motorway, secure parking and easy access to the hotel. The hotel is very quirky in the nicest possible way, our room was large with a very comfortable bet, seating, desk and great shower. The restaurant had a good choice of German and Italian food plus great beer. We had a fabulous breakfast with so much choice. It was a shame we were only passing through as it looked like a great area to explore.

Quirky decor, very well equipped, good location for us, visiting family who live nearby, also close to the tram stop. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the staf was very friendly. The room itself looked like the filmset of a 1970th adult movie but it was clean, had a good bed and pillow and there were enough Walls outlets to charge what ever needs to be charged. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would book there again!

The internet was very poor and could use some improvement.

The hotel looks really very nice, is not expensive and is conveniently located near the highway for a stop over when travelling for instance to Italy from the Netherlands. Free parking was available in front of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with even a little kitchen and nice decoration. The lights on the ceiling can be turned of seperately if you want to :-) The breakfast was good, and eggs were made on request.

In September the cook was on holiday :-( so we missed the dinner in the great looking restaurant. This was not really a problem and we were informed beforehand. Fortunately we found a huge terras in front of the cinema after a 15 minute walk and we had very tasty fajita's. The surrounding area is less pitoresque then the hotel itself would suggest, but for one night this doesn't really matter.

Good location, a short walk to the tram stop for access to Mannheim, Weinheim and Heidelberg and also the RNZ. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options and tasty omelettes made by Magda. Comfortable rooms with a fully equipped bathroom.

Extremly poor wifi a lot of stairs and different levels of the floor. Lighting switches off constantly pur kids got really scared when it got black in the stairs etc

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Coffee available all day for cheap. Super clean room with everything needed. No issues coming in and out of hotel, felt really safe.

The staff was really nice. When we arrived, the room we booked were fully booked, but we got a better room as an upgrade and were very satisfied! Everything was clean and the room had a cool design. The cleaning ladies were also super nice and provided us with new towels and everything we needed.

Unfortunately, there was too little toilet paper in the room.
