Everything exceeded my expectations. This was my first hotel stay alone with my 7 year old, to spend some quality time together. He LOVED it. I don't think we could have found a better place for our stay. The staff was so lovely, so many small little extras that made him excited. Free candy in the reception area, a popcorn machine in the evening, breakfast with a pancake machine and Nutella dispenser. He won a free drink at the bar at the wheel of fortune! Watching TV from the bed. A huge bathrobe for after showering. He is still talking about it now that we are home. I am planning to come back with my youngest next year :-) They arranged an alternative for the missing pool since we already booked half a year ago when it was functional which was great, hopefully next year we can try out their own pool!

I wasn't informed in advance that the pool was closed, and has been for months. This is information I would expect to receive before travelling as we filtered all accommodations with a pool when booking - without it, we would not even have seen this hotel. I only found out when I sent a message to specifically ask since the photo of the pool disappeared, and it was removed from the facilities in the description.

Rooms in the old part - actually a nice suprise - very spacious (massive single beds and very good matresses), clean and didn't feel old at all :-) Coffee machine Super location - very central Decent prices in the hotel bar Swimming pool option Car park in the hotel (cheaper than outside) Breakfast - plenty of excellent variety - unfortunately not young enough to be able to enjoy it to the fullest :-)

More coffee capsules :-) Breakfast was good but should have been included in the price or cheaper - always feels like you have a bargain until you calculate the costs like extras for the breakfast/parking together - for a group of 4 or 6 these can sum up to quite a lot.

Location - Autostadt can be reached by foot, breakfast was very good, day of our visit was very hot and it was very nice to have a free chilled drinks and cakes (and coffee or tee if you want) in the lobby. Nice surprise was a coffee maker in the room.

Our room was in so-called old part of the hotel, so, although it was OK, and we are not complaining about anything particular, rooms could benefit from renovation. Parking - although it was nice, that the hotel has a dedicated parking (underground and outside), it was not very cheap.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating as they allowed us to drop our bags despite arriving before check-in. The room was very spacious and located in a relatively quiet area. I'd also say the hotel was fairly priced.

Nothing particular stands out as negative, it's a little bit of a trek from the Hbf station but still walkable. I'm sure there is probably public transport that you could use anyways. Can't judge the food or facilities as we didn't use them.

The location of the hotel is really good. Anyone can reach the city centre in 5-10 min. by walk. Shopping area in nearby, many restaurants are nearby. breakfast is awesome. Many items are covered in breakfast which also covers for children. Good place for stay with family as well. Rooms are adequate in size, have good connectivity with Wi-Fi. Cleanliness of the room is very good.

Cost/rate to be optimised.

The hotel is located in a good location, close to Aldi, public transport - bus, close gass station. The hotel had a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant open from 17:00 to 00:00. The breakfast was very tasty, everything was fresh (bread, rolls, cold meat, yellow cheese, bree, fruit, vegetables: tomato, cucumber, olives, muesli, milk, yogurt, salads, scrambled eggs, bacon, cake, jam). The reception staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Paid parking at the hotel. Close to sightseeing. The room was large and the bathroom (towels, hairdryer, soap, bath gel) + kettle for tea/coffee, Wifi, heating. I heartily recommend it this Hotel :)

I have nothing to complain. Everything was perfect. I recommend this Hotel.

Nice big room and a pool. Good breakfast with cappuchino machine, pancake machine and butter machine!? :) Phaeno is worth to visit with kids (have been in many science museums and this is one of the best.) Excellent and popular Turkish restaurant in walking distance (Deriks grill).

Sauna was not a Finnish and the pool was too warm. Bit worn out rooms. Almost nothing for kids in the Autostadt and it was almost 100€ entrance for family of 5. In Phaeno there is a lot and costed 45€.

Many different options for breakfast. Nice atmosphere in the lobby in the evening, with beautiful music (and free popcorn ;)). Good kids corner - the kids could spend hours there playing nicely. A tablet in the room allowing to book services etc without going through reception. Plenty of parking available (payed parking though).

All was fine.

The accommodation and stay at this hotel were fine and met my expectations. I will definitely use your services again in the future. The hotel was clean, very well-equipped, and everything was fine except for the check-in process.

The receptionist during check-in was very unpleasant and made inappropriate remarks. I directly informed the hotel management about this issue. I perceive this experience as the only negative aspect; everything else was absolutely fine and perfect.
