Our stay in the Hotel had been terrific! Overview on the hotel so beautiful , view from the bottom pool is amazing and it’s quite big and next to the pool there is a bar where we you could get a drink or some snack ,ice cream etc. Every evening there is some show and on the top bar restaurant there is life music after a kids disco as it was lots of fun for everybody! Stuff is very friendly and does their best!!! Food at the restaurant where everybody could get meal on the all-inclusive were pretty tasty, there were a lot of different dishes! We had asked for letter check out as our flight was almost midnight and receptionist friendly found the way how we could stay late because lots of guests had came in that day . And what I would offer you if you go to that area use every evening special spray from mosquitoes

Quality of the water not the best, mosquitoes, some drinks which are in all inclusive was tested unusual like they have more water than needed

We loved the quality of the food served, the drinks and the activities at the hotel such as live music, dance shows

They made a double bed with two single beds. It became uncomfortable. Many glasses scattered around the dorms

The quality of food and drinks is great, there is plenty of food to choose from and doesn’t become repetitive. Breakfast is one of the best we have had! The two restaurants ( Pizzeria and Olives) are both very good but make sure and book when you get to the hotel. The staff are all very professional, friendly and efficient. The entertainment staff are a credit to the hotel especially Ramo who made our stay very memorable. The location is remote but there is a lovely beach 2 mins walk away and a really good cocktail bar (Pyramid bar) so make sure and check both of them out.

With the location being remote there is alot of bugs so be prepared! Bring a plug in mosquito repellent for the room!! The only other small Negative is there is no cleaning staff around the pool area, and with this being an all inclusive hotel there is a lot of empty cups ect all around the pool area and towards the afternoon it becomes very dirty. We unfortunately got one of the older rooms, was small, old fashioned and not like the pictures on booking.com

I liked the landscaping, the rooms were clean and the food was tasty. The staff was polite and helpful. They are doing a good job there.

Due to the nearby lagune and management ignorance the resort is infested by mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are present in any resort, but here it was a complete nightmare. You can say goodbye to evening walks on the beach or just staying outside enjoying their entertainment program, their mosquitoes were sucking the blood out of us. The mosquitoes were everywhere, at the reception, the bar, at the car rental office, at the pool or in the rooms. Mosquitoes everywhere. Additionally, the resort was smelling of feces due to fermentation process in the hotel's sewage. So quite a time you can have there, of course you have to pay for all this treatment.

Our group only stayed for one night on on a walking holiday. This is a large hotel with all the facilities you would expect at such a hotel. Very comfortable and staff always available to provide information assistance. The restaurant was, as to be expected, very busy at peak times.

Our booking consisted of three twin rooms booked in the names of a lead guest for each room. Members of our group arrived at the hotel at different times and despite being named as the guest for the room, were not allowed to check until the person in the group who had made and paid for the original booking had arrived.

Comfortable room and bathroom, cleaning service every day, variety of dishes, very nice maids and waitresses, close to the beach, three shops near by. Very good organization in a restaurant to manage crowds. Great place to stay with the family including small kiddo

Free juice and coffee are poor quality,not tasty at all,some drinks taste like water depends on a barmen or his mood no idea. Food in a restaurant not always fresh,like yesterday dish can become today soup or salad. In a restaurant Olives we spent 2 hours, I do not like to wait so long when I am with the baby, it was just too long between dishes, we were tired and exhausted, so I left with the baby without a dessert. Beautiful and tasty but long time waiting and mosquitos are eating you alive. It is better to go to the main restaurant, faster and comfortable if you have a baby.

Good all inclusive offer throughout the day including plenty of ice creams and kids cocktails. Nice staff and rooms. Beautiful location. Access to a fantastic beach with gorgeous views and long shallow sandy beach. The rooms have been done up recently and were very nice.

It’s a bit remote if you do like a wonder out or sight seeing, so you’ll need taxis or make use of the shuttle bus transfers on offer - just a couple of restaurants in walking distance. And the pool can get a bit noisy/busy, but the beach is nearby which is much more peaceful.

The views/beaches are amazing, staff lovely and overall as a weekend escape was brilliant and one to remember. On a side note - the alcoholic drinks/cocktails where delightful. And almost everyone spoke good English.

The vegetarian options aren't the best but there was variety. A good note for first time travels is that it is technically in Albania and you would receive a text message saying so to avoid unwanted charges I'd take that into account. Oc the wifi at the resort is good enough.

Excellent service, staff, accommodations, and location. The cuisine is superb. Complimentary parking is available, though it tends to fill up by 8 PM. No intoxicated Russians. The selection of beverages is quite impressive. While it differs from Turkish AI, it consistently delivers excellence.

Subpar WiFi connectivity. All-inclusive amenities cease at 11 PM. Located approximately an hour's drive from the airport (50 km) Pools tend to be chilly. No complimentary welcome wine provided for late arrivals. Nevertheless, I rate it a perfect 10/10.

It is a lovely resort! The staff works tirelessly to ensure that the place is kept clean, the guests are looked after well, and the excellent service provided at their restaurants and food courts. You are served with a smile no matter how busy they are!

Every thing was perfect! Just a note that the resort is quite far from Corfu Town. However , the hotel arranges transport and excursions to different parts of the island.
