Brilliant gardens, swimming pools, activities for babies, fantastic pool bars with really good cocktails. Really good breakfasts, decent lunches and dinners (plenty of options although some of the dishes may be a bit dry/ overcooked).

Service at the breakfasts/lunches and dinners was a bit slow and waiters/waitresses were frequently confusing our orders/ forgetting our orders. Same issues at the pool bars. Some waiters/waitresses seemed annoyed by our requests (like non diary milk or fresh orange juice). For a five star hotel, you could expect a bit higher degree of professionalism. The cleaning service could be a bit better as lots of used towels and empty bottles were left uncollected every day at our room.

Water park and kids club closed on Sundays, in room mini bar and coffee bar only topped up every other day, some rude staff that are poorly trained, at around 5pm it becomes a challenge to get a pool towel or drink even though the sun is blazing until 8pm

The AC was terrible/ not working and did not cool the room down at all. (We had to go and buy fans in order to sleep in the rooms). The ACs need to be updated asap!

Thanks for a lovely stay! Team at Grecoland were brilliant with our 4 year old. Resort was lovely and spaced out, we enjoyed spending time in each of the different areas, great to have access to so many pools and the beach as well. Staff were all wonderful. Perfect, relaxing family break!

I did not know that you could download the Grecotel App and make dinner reservations prior to arrival. This meant that the Greek/Italian/Asian restaurants were fully booked up for the week we were staying. The reception staff were very helpful at managing to get us some reservations though. Something to be aware of!

Beautiful location and a very large grounds

Buffet restaurant was very busy but mainly because the other restaurants are quite small and always fully booked. That said the buffet in my opinion was the best and excellent anyway,

Perfect package for a family holiday with 4 kids Loved the atmosphere & the spaces Great staff very customer oriented Beach club & main pool our favorite especially the crepes & ice cream service by the beach club Pretty beach & Very peaceful One hour drive from Corfu airport was fine but Better arriving daytime so you can see the road The facilities are clean and very kids friendly . Lots of entertainment program for kids by the aqua park that is why we choose Grecotel Even if all inclusive you can still swap your buffet dinners for a la carte in the themes restaurants (Italian , Greek , Asia ) but will be like a set menu that will be give to you to share at the table . It’s nice if you like a change from the buffet but also limited if you don’t like to try new foods. Always kids menu available with nuggets , fries & pizza which is not the best healthy option but the easiest option if you have fuzzy kids . Drinks are also included so if you want to take advantage it’s your moment For breakfast I recommend you order your coffee as soon as you get to the table or at the bar as this is the only part which needs to be improved you might finish your breakfast and still wait for your coffee but overall i do recommend the hotel . The pilates by the beach is amazing with great views and good vibes . There are 4 pools so plenty of space for everyone. You also have 2 shops & great siesta spots for anyone who wants to lie in the shadow in the afternoon. The service is great and everyone is very happy and friendly which is always great Great place with for holidays to disconnect

The only thing I didn’t like is that guest place their towels by the pool and leave and the hotel doesn’t have someone check in that . I personally suggest if after 30 mns the person is not there the towel should be removed and give other guests who want to be there now the chance .

So much space! Lovely charming staff who were all brilliant with the kids. Nice atmosphere everywhere. Good sized rooms. Pools all lovely. Beach beautiful.

The food, basically. It wasn’t good. There was lots of choice at the piazza populare buffet but it was all just about mediocre. So we looked forward to the three nights in the Italian, Asian and Greek restaurants. But sadly Nonna’s Italian was actually really poor 3/10 food and the service felt bizarrely rushed - we got asked twice if we had finished our starters whilst we still had food in our mouths. The Asian restaurant was actually lovely service and atmosphere but the food again was only about 4/10. The Greek restaurant was ok food - maybe 6/10 but the service was incredibly slow given everyone eats the same and there were no choices to make. The kids’ options at the three specialist restaurants were also really unimaginative.

My fiancé and I sought a serene seaside retreat for a stress-free vacation with our parents. We aimed to unwind without the hassle of planning. Pros: - Friendly stuff, always smiling, welcoming and helpful - the most important criteria! - Amazing territory - Daily cleaning - Aqua-park is amazing - Fine dining restaurant was superb - Tennis court is a privilege, we got lucky to play it any time we wanted

Cons: - We had to ask for bathrobes at the reception, it’s weird they don’t put them in rooms by default - Food could’ve been better, mostly it’s good but wouldn’t call it delicious - Greek restaurant was a disaster

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The service was excellent – the staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel has a large, well-maintained territory, so even when it’s fully booked, you never feel crowded. There was always enough space for everyone on the beach, by the pool, and in the restaurants. One of the highlights was the à la carte restaurants – the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend choosing the option that includes à la carte dining, as it’s well worth it. Overall, a perfect vacation spot with great service, spacious grounds, and amazing food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were a bit nervous after reading some of the bad reviews but we had the best stay here! Pools and waterpark were amazing, very toddler friendly! There’s also a small child pool at the waterpark which was perfect with little slides, but no pictures of it online! Lots of food choices, we didn’t wait for a drink once or queue for breakfast (unlike some of the other reviews) cocktails were great, rooms are basic but everything we needed! Sunsets! Staff are friendly and attentive, quick to sort anything you need! They can also book a taxi from the airport and the drivers were friendly and on time! Loved our holiday, its a stunning hotel :)

It didn’t affect us as we have a 1 year old so were in bed early but there wasn’t much entertainment at all in the evenings. We stayed 5 nights and that was more than enough for us! Other people mentioned about no full length mirror which I thought was an odd thing to find negative but it was actually a bit annoying not having one! Mozzies, lots of them. I think they may get overwhelmed in the school holidays as it was half full when we were there and not much staff. Couldn’t book any of the other restaurants so book in advance!!
