Clean room and nice refurbished bathroom. Lots of choice for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Quiet area at least at the end of the season.

Poor sound insulation. My balcony was right above the karaoke which started too late for my liking in the evenings. Far from the Rhodes town and bus stop 10 mins walk from the Hotel. Buses don't come in time. The beach on that side of island is rocky.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. Very close to the airport, which is a big plus. Food is tasty, various dishes to choose from. The hotel's area is safe and the beach is just few steps from the swimming pool. Room was clean and the view was breathtaking! Overall our stay was perfect 👌

The only area I’d suggest improving is the reception staff. While some team members are very friendly and helpful, others could benefit from working on their attitude.

We booked this hotel for the last night of our greek islands trip as it was close to Rhodes airport. Our room was a good size with a lovely balcony with a pool and seaview. The bed was very comfortable Breakfast was amazing! So much choice and freshly made omelettes. The bar staff were really friendly and made great cocktails. There is a snack bar near the beach with very reasonably priced pizzas, sandwiches, gyros etc. There is a small shop near reception where you can buy water/ snacks/ suncream etc We had a late flight but there is somewhere to shower and change even after checking out. Plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

You are directly under the flight path so can't escape the noise. Better blackout curtains needed.

Lots to do, entertainment round the pool was great, beach access from the hotel. Food was great and there was a lot of variety.

One staff member on reception was really unhelpful, after we checked out I needed to use a kettle to make a bottle for my 4 month old son, you would think i asked for her left kidney with how unwilling she was to help. She proceeded to mock us after eventually supply a broken kettle… I guess once you’ve checked out and they’ve had your money they’re not bothered?! Luckily there was a younger lady on reception who did help.

Lovely grounds and kept super clean. The buffet food was good, but was truly exceptional when they had Greek food, which I really wish they had more often. Staff were very helpful and I really loved the family vibe they had with some staff bringing their children to the pool on Sunday. They have loads of transfers to the main attractions at very reasonable Prices and the beach is lovely. There’s lots of restaurants and shops nearby too. You are in the airport flight path but so is every other hotel on the west side near the city if you want to stay in this location and it’s only ever for a few moments.

The property is a bit dated and in need of some updating but still well maintained. The sun loungers were a bit run down. Limited vegetarian options too but that’s standard for hotels really. The lock on my door was clearly recently replaced (there was a gap around it covered in duct tape), and I did have someone let themselves into my room while showering which as a solo traveler was unwelcome.

Lack of plug sockets. No shaving socket or a socket near the mirror to use hair straighteners. Poor lighting. The pool opening times 10 till 6 was ridiculous. Not available for an early morning swim, and if we had children, it would have been horrendous! Having to pay extra for sunbeds as the accommodation was pretty expensive in the first place.

We stayed at the hotel in the middle of July 2024. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the private beach( sunbeds were with charge 4euros per one but beach towels were free) with fantastic view and turquoise sea .Especially we appreciated very comfortable shuttle buses with air conditioning to the most popular sights on the island.Visited The capital -recommend! and Lindos. We want to thank the restaurant stuff for various and delicious menu - a lot of meat, vegetables and fruit.The hotel provides stretching (on the beach under the palm trees-incredible!) , very positive aqua-aerobics in the swimming -pool and vibrant night show in the open-air restaurant. The place is perfect for windsurfing- (hope to try next time )and for those who are seeking for a calm and relaxing holiday-no crying children around on the beach.

The food was excellent, there was something there for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were nice. It was really clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night time I.e. after 11pm. It had a family feel to it and there were people from all over staying there. The entertainment was very good, the guy doing most of the entertainment was like a one man show, full of energy and joy. We would definitely stay here again. There is a close by strip with lots of shops and restaurants. It's about 15 mins from the airport and about 20 mins to Rhodes town. Keep in mind Rhodes town gets very busy at night time and it may take longer to get there.

The wifi was very weak. It came off as a bit dated but you could also call this traditional, we liked it.

The view from our room was just wonderful. A great place to sit and watch the sunset. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and left beautiful 'towel-art' on our bed each day. We arrived late evening on our first night and to compensate for missing dinner, we were given a token to use for lunch one day. The pool was clean and refreshing and not too busy. We liked how the hotel was right next to the beach. This side of the island gets most of the sea breeze but to be honest, it was very welcome. The food was amazing and offered lots of choice. We especially enjoyed the 'Asian' night. Wonderful stir-fries, salads and sushi!

Music was constantly played around the pool area, sometimes from guest speakers as well as the hotel speakers. It didn't always feel restful. Our room felt tired, which was surprising as I had booked a superior room with sea view. These are supposedly newly renovated. We also had been given a suite of 2 rooms. The air con worked in the sitting area but was not very powerful in the bedroom. It wasn't until check-out, when I queried what room we'd been given that they said they'd given me an upgrade to a suite. It would have been nice to have been told this at check- in, because I think I would have chosen the superior room, as booked.

Early check in was possible. We have an amazing room with fantastic sea view. All service stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room, hotel and all around are very clean and well looked after. The food especially dinner was always delicious and varies. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. Thank you!
