Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food - great à la carte restaurants (the Greek one was amazing). Nice pool area. Clean rooms.

Sometimes the main restaurant can get pretty crowded and it feels like there’s not enough staff to handle all the people (get cutlery ready, etc.). The gym could be better equipped - if you want to run, there’s only one treadmill, and it doesn’t work.

Huge resort with great activities and facilities. Excellent helpful staff, resort located on the beach foreshore. A variety of musical entertainment on offer at night. Hotel transfers available to the Rhodes Castle central town and a daily car hire available at great rates.

Just cannot fault the facilities at Electra Palace, Rhodes. Very professional service matching the best in my experience of travelling.

People reserving sunbeds very early in morning and not by pool side until late. I would recommend signs and patrol as this becomes unfair on other guest. Please also be careful on reviews I understand people are entitled to their own opinion but this place was simple gorgeous

Very good location, closed to airport, nice beach, nice pools and relax zone with comfy sofas around, very tasty coctails, great choice of drinks. Choice of food and quality in main restaurant very good. It is worth to visit greek restaurant a la carte. Great organization of shuttle bus to Rhodes town, just 15 minutes to go there, late departures from downtown to hotel back. Fully satisfied with our stay in Electra Palace! It was great week of holiday at this part of island!

Only the bed quality, it was not very comfy, but maybe just for my back)), everything met our expectations of staying at this resort!

Perfect! We had a lovely stay in Electra Palace! Room was okey! Nothing really special. My fiance had a birthday a day we arrived and Electra team had a nice surprise for him. Pool side is very nice! Lots of sunbeds. If you want the cabanas, you should be outside in the morning! Loved the QR-codes on the tables next to the sunbeds- so you didn't have to stay in the line for drinks in pool bar. Very big pools! There were lots of people in the hotel, but in the poolside I had never this feeling. Lots of room for swimming and having fun in the pool! Liked the music on the poolside! Food was tasty! Loved the desserts in the evenings. It is very nice hotel!

I was a bit sad to see the state of our room - some of the door trims were loose and they had used tape to put them back. Peg on the balcony was nice, but it left stains on lighter clothing. Water in the pool made swimwear greenish. This hotel would be perfect if it had a snack bar!

- The hotel provides a fantastic all-inclusive experience - great choice of restaurants and meals, several cocktail bars, there's even an ice cream parlour and a bakery that's free to use. You can scan a QR code next to your sunbed to have cocktails delivered straight to you throughout the day! - Lots of pools outside, with some more shallow ones as well (0,3m and 0,5m) for children. We could always find a sunbed, even if we went later in the day - there's plenty of outdoor seating options. There's also a seaside beach area with sunbeds - it's not sandy and it can get quite windy (with large waves) but we still enjoyed it. - Great activities organized every evening, e.g. ABBA show, latin dance show, DJ - and there's a mini disco / movie night for kids every night organized at a small playground area right next to the pools. Our 2,5yrs daughter loved it! - Good location - both the airport and Rhodes city are pretty close by car (or any other means of transport), and Faliraki, Tsambika Beach or the Butterfly Valley / Farma Rhodes (petting zoo) are also easily approachable with a 20-30 min drive. The immediate surroundings of the hotel aren't super interesting though - it takes a 15-20 min walk to get to the centre of Ialyssos where there are numerous shops, tavernas, restaurants, etc. - They were very accomodating of children - high chairs, potties, etc. are available on site, and there were always "child-friendly" options at the restaurant.

One of our rooms was a bit noisy during the night as it was close the snooker table / common area - but this was literally the only negative thing we could mention about the hotel.

The property is dreamy. Everything is simply just perfect and the staff is doing everything they can to make your stay perfect. The service is just amazing. It is worth every penny and we will definitely come back. Also since it’s pretty close to the airport, airplanes fly over the hotel - this isn’t annoying at all, it just adds to the “holiday vibe” and is pretty to look at, you get used to it and don’t even notice the planes after a day or two. Also the pistachio ice cream is AMAZING. I’ve never tasted such a good ice cream, please do yourself a favor and give it a try🤣

The hotel is clean and shiny, the rooms are excellent, the dining options are varied and excellent, and the hotel facilities, especially the pool and the beach, were just like a dream. There are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed every moment of our vacation, and all of this is mainly thanks to the wonderful hotel staff who help and give excellent treatment, and all with a huge and warm smile. Special thanks to the reception team and Mr. Nikos for the good treatment, to the hotel manager Jean-Marc for the concern, but mainly and with great love to the amazing guest relations team Tim, Eftyehios and the lovely Denia who took care of us and helped us with everything in an extraordinary way. All amenities that you need are available. All employees on the property are extremely polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them to help you with be it room, catering, birthday. Big shout out to Denia from Guest Relationship (she is the sweetest, most helpful guest relationship I have ever come across - big thanks), Tania, Jordan from reception, Betty, Aggeliky, Anna, George, Alexandra and many more (don’t remember all names) from the restaurant. All these wonderful people made our holiday bliss!
