waiting in line for breakfast or dinner without air conditioner is not 5 starts.. also - all activities for the kids are with application

Fantastic Resort Stay We had a wonderful time! The food was great, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The waterpark, aerial ropes course were all top-notch. There are three à la carte dining options—we tried the Greek restaurant and it was fantastic. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the location is great—just a short, easy walk to a charming nearby town. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Breakfast could be improved. It would be great to see options like waffles, mimosas, and increased table service. Kids Club policy is disappointing. Charging families who aren't with TUI feels unfair and creates unnecessary discrimination between children. We were caught out by this system—unable to book in time—which left our child very upset. It seems like an unnecessarily complicated and exclusionary setup.

The resort is very clean, spacious, and rich with facilities. There are meals available throughout the day, which is very convenient for families. The staff is always friendly and smiling, and the water slides are fun and easily accessible.

It’s important to note that if you come as a family with children, the hotel doesn’t guarantee adjacent rooms. They explain that an adult must stay in each room. At first, we were placed in rooms far apart, but the next night they kindly arranged a nearby room, so in the end, they handled it well. Also, the ropes course attraction requires an additional payment if you book through Booking.com, as they claim it’s due to insurance.

Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Food was great couldn't fault it, lots of choice for everyone. Entertainment was good for the kids. The photos don't do the place justice. There are so many pools all big and spacious dotted around the hotel. Kids slides were great. Staff helpful and helpful. In particular a young lad with an Irish accent, dark hair, he was very helpful and always welcomed guest with a smile.

The only thing that could be improved is the rooms could do with being a bit more modern inside. Lighter and the beds in our room the bottom was all frayed liked little scruffy

it was fun. Amazing Place. The staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. There are many pools, so the space is well utilized and it doesn’t feel crowded. There’s an abundance of food and drinks throughout the day, which is a really fun part. Everything is done wholeheartedly.

Great for traveling with kids, food is very good, rooms spacious and clean, large clean pools staff very friendly and kind.

Water in the pool was quite cold but I guess it is becauce we traveled off season. Maybe a heated pool would be good for travelers that don’t visit the property during the summer.

Excellent selection and nicely presented. Very tasty and staff particularly helpful and on top of everything. Lazy river and slides were great. All staff were attentive and easy to talk to. Food across all restaurants was amazing. Buffet selection was excellent and sit down meals were great too. Drinks and entertainment was good for adults and kids. Football pitch and timed lighting was a highlight and our boys loved it. A great holiday - thank you to all staff at the hotel.

No issues at all, we had a great time and I would be happy to go again.

Amazing hotel, pools were great. Food was very good, staff were extremely efficient. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was good quality. The rooms were nice and quiet. They even had a doorbell so people didn’t need to knock.

The entertainment was bad only one night out of 8 I thought was good. (Sunday 13th August.) The activities around the pool are hard to see the way everything is designed I would put the stage above the American grill restaurant maybe and cut the hight of the trees and plants so more people can see what’s actually going on from their sun lounges. Only a few people can see the stage at the activity pool. I thought it was an odd setup.

Had a pool facing room w balcony which was spacious and comfortable, with lots of room for all our stuff. Food was very good - on the high end for an all inclusive place (but maybe on the low end for a 5 star) and the different options for dinner restaurant created a nice atmosphere for dinners. The staff everywhere around the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Great pools and kids activities. Nice to have things spread out in different locations. Nice beach nearby too.

Would have been nice to have some adult evening activity (something like live music or DJ or even pub-quiz) after the kids ones are done (e.g. in the "Irish pub") during the week. Would have been nice to be able to have some small late-nigh snack option.

This hotel was amazing with children. Waterpark is excellent, even adults could feels like children again. There were a lot of kind of meals, cocktails, snacks and dinners in different restaurants parts of the all inclusive, everybody find something to eat, even my kids. There is so many pools and activity, that you unable to try everything during one stay. The staff is really nice, kindly help with any requests. We had a wonderful holiday.
