The property was very nice. The pool was very vibrant and good. I really liked the staff and how they interacted with children to make them happy. Finally, I want to thank the man who works at the pool bar and him being so kind and helpful for my kids when they want an order and giving them a smile on their face everyday.

The entertainment area near the dining place was quite good but a part of the area where the kids were dancing was very small and in my opinion they should make it bigger to allow more children to enjoy their time and express their happiness.

Little to no soundproofing in the rooms - can hear everything in the corridors, even the birds that fly through every morning. A bit rough around the edges of the resort - the sports/games areas could do with a bit of TLC to make them look more attractive. The beach area was a right mess, possibly from the recent storms. We had bad weather during our stay and it was the first week of the low season so not a lot open in Kolymbia itself. Rhodes Old Town and Lindos were fully open though.

It was our first time with my family in Rhodes, but couldn´t choose better resort to stay in!! The area was very nice, not too big and very family friendly. Everything was perfect - very welcome, helpful and friendly staff - especially my friends at the pool bar - Sakis and Pawlos (I hope I didnt misspelled their names - if so I apologize guys.. :-)) I very much enjoyed the cocktails these guys were making. You all were just great! We had 2 rooms next to each other with nice pool view and literally at the doorstep to the pool area. Also - the food was absolutely fantastic - lot of choices and great desserts!! I would definitely recommend this lovely resort to stay in Rhodes :-)

Everything was just great!

very nice stay and welcome, the lady from the reception sent us straight to dinner so that we could eat before we checked in. We were given cold towels to dry off - a great option after the trip, gifts for children - we have never seen this anywhere good and varied food, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, very nice service, the hotel is clean and there is something for everyone - for families with children (we got a room in a quiet part, which was a great option for us) for couples etc. We highly recommend it, despite the all-inclusive option, there were no wild madness, drunk people, etc.

although the bed was large, the mattress was uncomfortable and a bit worn out. the only downside option.

The staff was amazing – friendly, helpful, and attentive. This truly includes almost everyone we interacted with. The facilities were also excellent, well-maintained, and enjoyable.

Although there was plenty of food, after a while it became quite repetitive. The bed was made up of two separate mattresses that kept sliding apart, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the location was a bit inconvenient, being about 30 minutes by car from Lindos and around 25 minutes from the Old City.

The hotel is a pretty building with an easy layout to find your way around. It is in excellent condition and is being well maintained. All areas are very clean (rooms, corridors, restaurant, pool area). Great breakfast. Friendliest staff I have ever met and very helpful. Nice pool area. Nice indoor/outdoor bar seating area at the front. Pool bar area with snacks in case you missed lunch. Little shop on the premises to buy sunscreen and toiletries if needed. Greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. The resort is in the middle of the island and in easy driving distance of attractive towns, beaches and inland hiking trails.

Parking space is a bit tight and parking lot is full when you come back late afternoon/evening from a daytrip. The restaurant where the meals were served was a bit impersonal and not really inviting to sit after finishing your meal. You could hang out in the indoor/outdoor bar area though. The alcohol included in the all-inclusive package were local brands which I wasn't too wild about. An upgrade to a premium all-inclusive package is worth it IMO.

Greek people are mostly very friendly and accomodating, but the team on this hotel were even above that! I arrived late and checked in at 9 pm. the receptionist told me to just go eat before we do all the paperwork, so i don't miss dinner. The entertainment at the bar (live show/ singer / etc) were very fun, and everything was organized, clean and comfortable. bus station close by to go to rodos or lindos or other places for only 4 euros.

The beach is not that close. I ended up not going to the beach cause i didn't even see it from the hotel, and didn't feel like walking down the street between 2 other hotels. it might have been close by, but not "on the beach" like for some reason i thought it was. might be 100% my wrong expectations / fault.

They allowed us have lunch on the day we vacated to our surprise, we had impression that the lunch is not included (we took all inclusive)

We have booked a large twin rooms with large double bed and sofa etc, the room we were given was tiny. The toilet/bath was very small. A friend of mine could not use the toile because of the cramp space and he used common toilets available within building.

Everything about this hotel was great. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The food had different freshly prepared choices, at all meal times (breakfast/lunch/dinner). Everywhere in the hotel was immaculately clean, including around the pool area. The staff were both friendly and very attentive. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Nothing.

Quiet, relaxed. No overbearing entertainment. Gentle "jazzy" music in the background was appreciated. Friendly staff. Felt well looked after rather than just one of a thousand guests (which easily happens in other places). Location was also great.

Food buffet could have been a bit more inspiring.
