All in all, it's a great hotel. We were two couples with two 3 years old, and they had plenty of activities. A couple of playgrounds, two different pools they can stand on. Small slides in the water parks. The food was good, it's an all inclusive so as far as those go it was above average:) The Greek restaurant is recommended. The pool in the room was great. The drinks that came with the all inclusive were great too. There's a really nice beach, really beautiful. The facilities in general, are really great and we had a great week.

There was a bad smell in the room. It got better when we left the doors open. Wasn't horrible, but you don't expect that from a five star hotel. We complained about it, but the hotel was fully booked, and by the time they offered something, (a few days after we arrived) they didn't have a room close to our friends, and the swim up pools in the rooms was part of the point... If you like Asian food, don't go to the Asian restaurant... There are many pools, but only two are heated up, in May most of the pools are quite cold.

Excellent food choices at breakfast lunch and Dinner with pool bar choices excellent and cooked to perfection . I used no seasoning it was all seasoned to perfection. Many pools to choose from. Child pool covered which was great as it was very hot .. entertainment was really good with live singers during the day, which was a first for me. Very attentive bar staff .

Unfortunately Rhodes beaches can be stoney and the one for the hotel was … the one adjacent was far better but we had to keep walking back to our hotel for drinks and the beds were 8 euros a day and can add up when you need 5 daily ..

The pools were freezing. My family doesn't want to come back just because of that. if the pools has a nice temperature we would come back for sure. the reservation to the restaurants are too difficult.

From the very beginning, everything was just perfect – the service was kind, professional, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with a huge variety available all day long. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right by the sea, with stunning views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The pools were beautiful, clean, and fun, and there was even a jacuzzi to enjoy. Every evening there were fun shows and activities for both kids and adults – so much energy and joy! We stayed in a room with a private pool – such an amazing experience! Full privacy, peaceful, and pure enjoyment. One of the highlights was the hotel’s private water park – super fun, well-maintained, and perfect for families and couples alike. Truly, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – don’t hesitate, this is the perfect place for your next vacation! ❤️

The rooms are beautiful, I like the layout for the family room which leaves some privacy if you close the door to the child area. Initial room had an odd view of a patch of land not owned by the hotel but the hotel moved us on request with no issue. If you like afternoon sun I would recommend the sea view rooms facing the mountain which is a lovely view. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. The buffet dinner was tasty although not much of an occasion meal. The a la carte are beautiful but open to the weather. The beach is not great - it isn’t run by the hotel but worth knowing if you want a lovely beach. There is a very nice beach 5 mins drive away (over one hour on foot due to mountain). The pools are very cold in April and more for a splash than a swim, a very small pool is slightly heated but still too cold for my kids. The water park is fantastic the kids loved it and so did I. The hotel is very busy in holiday times so there were occasionally long queues for ice cream or dinner. Overall a lovely hotel with some great elements and some downsides depending on your priorities.

Great Resort with water park and private beach .The room booked was very comfortable .The pools spacious though very cold even at beginning of June .The food was very good with many choices .Every evening different theme for dinner. Lots of space around the pools and on the lawn.

The staff could be more nice and welcoming. Starting from check-in with not a single smile through the pool bars and dining room . The pool towels were changed once in 2 days , not really comfortable .Long lines at the bars on evening .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There are plenty of pools to enjoy, which was great. We traveled with our 8-month-old baby, and I want to give special thanks to the dining room staff (jessie end lefteris). Every single day, they prepared food for our baby exactly as we needed, always kindly and without any hesitation. Their care and attention truly made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We felt very welcomed, and we will definitely come back!

Everything! All the little nice touches, everything high quality. So clean (I'm very fussy!). Yummy food, loads of choice, even for a veggie. Drinks are amazing!! Stunning views and location. The most friendly staff I've come across, everyone so helpful and welcoming. First time in 5 start hotel that is for families as came for a wedding but it's such a big space it really didn't feel like it. So many pools so lots of options, and a small free water park next door too. Everything is so well thought out. Had the most wonderful stay here

The food was up there with the best we have had in an AI. Al La Carte restaurants were amazing. Pools really good, bar staff excellent. Entertainment staff were great

Nowhere to walk to nearby, we like to have a walk early mornings and after dinner but nothing around, quite isolated. Entertainment at night was a real let down for a supposedly 5 star hotel, very amateur. Hardly anyone there watching in evenings. Buffet area could do with a refurb, very dated.

Staff was exceptional! Food great, rooms great. Cocktails fantastic. Location scenic.

There are 4 pools. One of them is called the blue zone, where intention is and rules state that it needs to be a quieter zone... no kids running, jumping, screaming, no pool toys or splashing in the water etc. We were very happy to see such zone, even being with our 10 y daughter ourselves. Unfortunately those rules were not kept, some lifeguards were not keeping the order based on these rules at all. Parents were simply ignoring them. Even encouraging their kids to dive when having a "no diving" sign literally 1 m in front of their face. One day one kid even pooped into a pool and it was closed for 3 hours.
