Unlimited food and drinks, nice pool and close to the city centre. Good bus connection to centre of Rhodes. Close to bus stop. Very nice hotel with AC in the room

View from the room was beautiful although we couldn't see the pool or anything at the delfinia area cause of the roof from downstairs rooms.

The Resort was super nice. It’s my first time in a All - Inclusive Hotel , and my Experience in Delfinia Resort was unforgettable. We booked the Villa with a private Pool. It was super nice and clean. There are Beds for 8 People and we were just 5 people. The Buffet was also great especially the Breakfast. For the Price , it was really worth it. The personal were all nice and friendly, especially the Manager Mr. Livan , he was very accommodating. Its also super convenient, besides the reception, you can rent a very cheap Car to see the Island. I also want to commend the staffs especially the Filipinos who are very friendly. Every Evening they have programs for the guests and I find it cool.

Maybe just improve the Entertainment every evening , especially the Sound system.

**Overall** This hotel is great for big families, especially with three kids. We saw many large families here, which makes sense since most hotels only take 2+1 or 2+2. We paid about 215 euros per night and couldn't find anything similar for that price. If they fix a few small problems, I'd recommend this hotel for families with young children. **Food** The food was really good. The chefs know what they're doing - nothing was badly cooked or tasted bad. We loved the meal times: breakfast at 7:30, lunch at 12:45, and dinner at 18:45. We always went right when they opened to avoid crowds. Great food for kids - pasta, french fries, pizza, vegetables, and fruits. Sometimes food ran out during busy times, but they refilled it quickly and we never waited too long. The snack bar was okay but not amazing. This was actually good because we didn't overeat and stuck to main meals. They had sandwiches and desserts. The baklava was delicious when they had it. No snacks to go with beer though. There's a grill bar but it was closed the whole time - probably only opens in summer. The restaurant got noisy because the food area is close to the tables, but it wasn't a big deal. **Drinks** Drinks were normal for this type of hotel. The local beer was the best - fresh and tasty. The wine wasn't great, but Greek wine usually isn't. The gin and tonic tasted like chemicals. The biggest disappointment was no Greek coffee - they had espresso and cappuccino, but missing traditional Greek coffee was weird for a hotel in Greece. **Staff** Staff was different depending on where they worked. Restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing - always saying hello, smiling, and ready to help. Bartenders worked fast and were polite and friendly. Reception was mixed - the woman there always looked angry, but the men were much nicer. There's only one lifeguard with no backup.

That's our second holiday in Rhodes. And the same hotel. Visited in mid April. Very good quality for a price. Nice staff. We would like to go back there next year!

Nice staff, well equipped hotel with two pools, price worthy hotel, ideal for family holidays. Rooms are being cleaned daily, towels are changed as well daily.

This hotel is rather a 3* hotel than 4*, however the pricing for the accomodation is according to the 3* scaling as well. (Much cheaper than other 4* hotels with All Inclusive in the nearby.) The food variety could be larger, this is definitely not 4* but rather 3*; however we always could find an appropriate meal to eat with all my family. The floor on the common areas could be cleaned better, the floor was sometimes sticky on the corridors and around the restaurant, probably because of spoiled out beverages by other guests.

We had a great stay in Rhodes at Delfinia!! The room was very modern and clean, it was cleaned daily and fresh towels given. The food was pretty good and drinks were good too. Lots of different options for cocktails etc. Good location for getting the bus to other areas of the island. Marko the night manager was the highlight of our stay. He was very welcoming from the moment we arrived offering a late night snack and a drink. He went above and beyond to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. The other staff were also great and worked hard to keep things running, especially when it was very busy.

What can I say? Great hotel, great location. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The food in the hotel exceeded my expectations. A very large assortment of dishes for every taste, every day you can try something new. The staff is cultured, smiling but looks a bit tired. The hotel has a large swimming pool but we did not use it. You can also rent a car or two-wheeler at the hotel. Overall I am satisfied.

Terrible wifi quality. Normal signal quality is only at the reception

- Really good value for the price we paid - Private pools - Comfortable beds - Every day cleaning of the rooms - Generally good WiFi signal - Plenty of food (in the evening also thematic dinner i.e. fish-, Italian-, Greek-, grill night) - Pleasant hotel staff (although we were at the end of season and some of them looked tired from the whole season)

- Plastic cups everywhere (we asked why and they said due to safety reasons, as there are many kids in the hotel and pool area, broken glasses can cut them, although this is not a reason to use tons of plastic cups daily) - Some really used / broken equipment (chairs, tables, biliard table, table tennis table, air hockey table) in the pool bar area - Paying for all games (biliard, air hockey, pinball etc.). At least some of this should be for free as kids like to play and we wasted a lot of money on the games - Low quality animation (maybe because of the end of season, not sure). There were barely any programs and only 2 really tired animators

We arrived at 1.00 a.m. and were met by Markos who gave us a very warm welcome. He provided us with sandwiches and cakes as he appreciated we were hungry after a long journey. He also offered us beer/wine/tea/coffee which was gratefully received. As it was dark, he walked us to our room and provided Mosquito spray which I had forgotten to bring. Markos is a great ambassador for the hotel, works tirelessly and is always smiling.

On the day of our departure I enquired about an extension to our 12 Noon deadline and was told it would cost 50 Euros up to 5.00 pm or 70 Euros up to 6.00 p.m. We were told we could use the showers at the Fitness area and store our luggage there. However, later that day when we went to have a shower, the room was crowded with people all wanting to use the One Ladies and One Gents Shower. There were open cases everywhere on the floor, in the end I gave up and had a shower when I arrived home. I know other hotels in the area offer a "Courtesy" room for 30 mins (1 person) or 60 mins (2 persons) and they are given an allocated time. Perhaps this is something that would work better at your hotel.

The room was perfect for a family, swim up pool was brilliant outside the room. Cleaning services were very good for the room, the hotel was always clean. The food was good. The kids really enjoyed the pool and waterslide. I would recommed renting a car if staying here as there's some amazing towns and beaches to visit which are close but not walking distance close. There's a beach around the corner which is nice but pebbly.

The Q's for the bar were very long which could be easily solved with some self service machines with soft drinks for kids. The weights side of the gym needs some small investment to make it a lot better, the smith machine is well past it's sell by date and the amounts of weights is lacking, it could easily be fixed with some wall mounted racks, the gym itself was a nice rooms with air con, good shower accces and multiple TV's, it doesn't open early enough the door should be unlocked at 7am.
