Hotel was really clean and rooms were modern. 3 pools of different depths, plenty of loungers available at all times of day ( we went high season, 3rd week of August) Location is quiet, super close to the beach (which is pebbles not sand) and the town. 10 mins from airport do you see / hear all the incoming planes but we didn’t really notice them. Close to bus stops that go to Rhodes city / old town Would stay here again

Food not great, typical catering for brits abroad type. Not extortionate but overpriced (food & drinks), especially ice cream which seemed to change price daily

Family run, swimming pool, delicious breakfast and friendly owner and staff!! The family rooms are extremely large and would have been an excellent home base for a longer stay!

Booked this hotel in the midst of the wildfire issues as we were evacuated from our original hotel. Had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised, large rooms, pleasant staff and no fighting for sunbeds like the hotel we stayed at the days before. Food was good too. Happily recomend to anyone looking for a hotel on the cheaper side.

Air conditioning was extra cost, why not just add to the price of rooms?!

Family hotel, but still quiet and relaxing. Plently of sun loungers and space around the pool. X2 large pools and x1 kids -great size and never to crowded. Very clean. No loud music. Great evening singers around the bar/pool area 7-9pm ish. All staff were so so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Short 5 min walk to a supermarket. 10min walk to the pebbled beach. Excellent for money. Would recommend. Thank you Emerald Hotel.

Not a wide variety of food (but absolutely fine if your planning to eat out alot). Fresh smoothies were amazing though. Hotel is in a flight path- you do get use to the noise (can't hear it from inside the hotel). On a plus, only €15-€20 in a taxi from the airport (15mins away). Taxis always available within a 10min call from reception, who were really helpful and booked them for us.

Everything Sitting on the balcony at night and by the pool is a wonderful family place

we like everything about the property. This was our 5th visit

The staff were absolutely lovely ALL of them. The reception staff were exceptional. So kind to me as I had had a few issues always helpful with questions and information. Pool area is lovely and food from restaurant was great.

Honestly for the price this hotel is great. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. !
