Friendly staff, they were always with a big smile greeting us where ever we went. We had a swim-up room and it was so easy just to dip into pool whenever needed. Everything worked just fine and can’t complain.

Rooms are a bit outdated but still confy. Location a bit isolated from activities but as it is AI - you don’t really need to go anywhere.

Everything is clean and comfortable. The food is great. We loved the entertainment programs every night. The stuff is amazing and give services for everything

The first of all, all workers are very friendly. In my opinion this is the general, when you have good and friendly communication between you and hotel workers, this makes rest excellent. When you are here, you would never feel alone yourself, a lot of events, music. Very tasty and different food, clean pools. We got better room than we ordered, with beautiful sea view. Very responsive team. I can say, when I will be in Rodos again, I would choose this hotel again and recommend to do it for you

The staff were very friendly, and the place was lovely. The service was efficient, and the rooms were spacious. The food was of good quality, and the entertainment team was very friendly.

1. I would suggest developing the beach area across the hotel. 2. Halal food should be added to the menu. 3. The vegetarian dishes need to be placed separately from the meat dishes to avoid contamination. That said, I must say the catering staff were very helpful in checking and guiding me regarding the content of the dishes whenever I inquired. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I absolutely loved everything about the hotel! Loved that I got a nice upgrade to a room with a pool which was the highlight of my small getaway! The food was great, the vibes were amazing. And the customer relation (HELEN), she is so sweet and kind. I had a bit of a situation and she resolved it instantly and kept asking if everything was ok. Her customer service skills are amazing! And just to add, the location of the hotel is just WOW! The beach was so beautiful - with the most amazing sunset.

The cleaners. They were in and out of the room within 3 minutes. They might have a lot of rooms to do which is understandable, but they didn’t stock up my room with water, milk, sugar. But it’s ok. Overall everything was perfect.

I was staying in Ocean Blue for two weeks in September 2024. This was my dream vacation. I stayed there for a second time and it was because of the very wellcoming staff and location near to the sea and airport. My stay would be not as great without the amazing perfect host MARIA! She is very kind, special person and a catering division manager that makes sure you are not starving and having your best time to the last little detail! The rest of the staff was great too..Rula, Magda, Matina, Adriana, Violeta, Virginia, Daniel, Georgos, entertainment group 🥰 and the list goes on!!! Lazaros the manager!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart! My rooms were cleaned every day, the food was great and a lot to choose from even though I am a vegetarien, everyone smiling, and the bartenders very present and helpful 😃 recommend this place and do not miss out to know the people around, they make this place very special and great! Also Vasilis the gardener made this resort a little place of paradise whith an impeccable garden looking ar the sea. I recommend this place to try for all, you will defenitely find something special in there for your lovely stay! Relax, enjoy and live in the present 🫶

The property could use some renovation and upgrade.

I recently stayed at Ocean Blue, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. While the room was clean and comfortable, I believe there is some room for improvement in terms of the overall decor. A few updates or small touches could enhance the ambiance and make the space feel even more inviting. However, we didn’t spend much time in the room, as there were so many great things to enjoy around the hotel and its beautiful surroundings.

It is in a very nice location. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day. The staff is very attentive, especially NEVİ at the reception, he made us feel at home, I would like to thank him very much from here. The variety of food is limited, to be honest, I only drank beer as alcohol but I had to buy it from the market because I did not like it, I did not like that the beer was served in paper cups, it is also bad that there are no staff to take care of the sunbeds and the sea even though the hotel is right next to the beach. Other than that, everything is very nice, you can go with your family, it is a very peaceful environment.

Much better than the tripadvisor reviews, the hotel was kept very clean, the staff were friendly and happy to help and the entertainment was always funny to watch even if we didn’t participate. Pool was very clean and easy access to a nearby beach. Food okay nothing amazing but perfectly fine with lots of choices and always fresh bread and salad etc available. It is on a flight path but we knew this when booking and personally it didn’t bother us.

A small thing but it would be nice to see mattress protectors on the beds, sometimes our sheet came off and it felt a little unclean to be touching the mattress. Sunbeds could also be updated, most of them are fine but more are broken than there should be. Overall nothing that would ruin our stay and for the price we thought it was good value for money!
