We chose the hotel on the advice of friends and were not disappointed. Management, the staff at the reception and in the kitchen are polite, very attentive to the clients. They remember almost all the residents, their needs and habits. Organization of excursions around the island, regular bus services to the city of Rhodes. The rooms are comfortable, clean, regular cleaning and change of linen. It is located just 15 minutes from the airport, on the shore of the Aegean Sea, access to the beach through its own lawn, sun beds and umbrellas are very cheap. Breakfasts at the hotel at the request of residents without prior ordering, just sit at the table and say the room number. Its own tavern on the lawn in front of the beach. The food is very tasty. Much tastier than in many other taverns on other beaches or cities. The cooks and waiters are very attentive and remember the habits of the clients. Our rating for the hotel, tavern and staff is excellent. We recommend it to everyone. If we are in Rhodes, we will only stay here.Unfortunately we did not use pool - very nice beach and sea. But in few hunder meters to east there is windsurf center Meltemi. Also one of the reasons to stai with Bayside Katsaras -:) Elena & Nikolai, Helsinki.

The best thing about our stay at Bayside Katsaras was the wonderful staff. Everybody was so helpful and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The location for us was perfect for us, right on the beach and only a short walk from Kremasti town.

The only small drawback was that the pool area could do with a bit of a refresh but this in no way effected our stay.

The location was quite close to the beach and quite in front of the hotel there was a minimarket (morning to evening), which was practical. A small waterpark is in the neighbourhood as well (different hotel, but guests are welcome at a fee of 10€/adult or 5€/kid). The hotel pool was lovely from swimmer's point of view and there were beach chairs at no cost. As a small note, the pool didn't look so great from adult perspective (the mid island was awaiting renovation, no access there and it was locked by chains). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast would have been available at 7€ but we chose to use the minikitchen for our own breakfasts. Fridge and electric sockets (for charging etc.) could be used also while not in the room, which we appreaciated, compared with another similar hotel in a different area.

Good to note, that reception does not have for example soda or snacks, if you arrive with a night-time flight. Pool bar was not open while we stayed a couple of nights, which was not a problem for us.

peaceful place with amazing hospitality and super friendly staff, and I made some good friends there. Big thanks to Harry, Nick, Maria, and the whole staff for the lovely vacation, and I will definitely visit again.

it's close to the airport so there are some airplane noises but overall no problems

We love absolutely everything about that hotel! Perfect location! Access to the beach! Close to bars and restaurants. The room was fantastic, perfectly clean too, with the best view so far- right next to the sea. The pool area, I can’t really imagine better one! But the best thing from this hotel was the Staff- very very friendly, helpful and polite. Also gave us recommendations for food and shopping in the area. We will definitely come back again in the future!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beach and you don't need to leave the site if you want to eat, cause there is a nice restaurant by the beach.the staff is always with a smile and ready to help you with anything you need.

The maintenance wasn't very good and it could be more clean at some places

The hotel is in an almost perfect location, not far from the main road, where you can catch a bus and less than 50 meters from the beach. The view from the balcony is fantastic, if you've chosen one on the beach side. The pool is great if you wish to swim in the evenings or prefer it instead of the sea. There are some shops, a cafe and restaurants nearby. There is a car rent and a moto rental nearby.

The bathroom and the kitchen appliances could need a little upgrade, but were not bad at all, just a bit old. As for the breakfast, everyone should try and decide for themselves. We preferred to make fresh salads every day from the delicious Greek vegetables and olives and cheese, available in the nearby shops.

Really lovely setting right on the beach. Excellent value breakfast.

The hotel is right on the flight path so expect noise however there were no flights during the night and to be fiar I had booked the resort due to its proximity to the airport. There were people swimming in the pool at 11 at night and also at 6am - again noisy. Many hotels have times for pool use, if they did here people ignored it. Its a fairly long walk to Kremasti, not the best resort on Rhodes but served a purpose.

I had a sea view room on the top floor which was great. Large room with a balcony. Comfortable and clean. Great swimming pool and opposite the beach. On-site tavern. I chose this hotel because it was close by to the airport which was convenient for my early morning flight.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups, etc. As it's close to the airport you do get planes closely overhead which are loud but funnily enough you get used to it

Lovely hotel and pool, beach at the end of the garden. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels daily. Beds are comfortable too really thick quality mattress. On-site restaurant/ snack bar. Friendly staff too. Also the price includes aircon and safety deposit box! That can add a big chunk on as a lot of Greek hotels charge extra for those. So a really great value hotel. Bus to Rhodes town and airport are at top of street so great for getting around. Mini market just behind the hotel and a bigger one by the bus stops.

I am a airplane enthusiast but even I got sick of the airplanes coming into land. Didn't realise how many there would be. You will need earplugs at night if you are a light sleeper. We're told that the sunbeds on the beach were free for guests but then they decided to start charging. These are minor things though the hotel is great.
